Quirk: Quirk Flow
Normally her body generates a flow of energy that either cancels out or dampens the Quirk Of anyone who gets within a 5-foot radius. By channeling her field through various tools or artifacts, items worn by or might have come from other Quirk users, I.e. she has one of All Might's old capes that allows her to gain a temporary physical boost. However each artifact can only handle so much power or use before breaking down. She is a trained Martial artist focused on subduing her opponent.
Occupation: Hero serving under the No.10 Hero Ryukushan(sorry for misspell)
Appearance: Being mixed blood she has short black hair with a peachy complexion. Her green eyes shine when she focuses her Quirk through something. Median height, her hero costume is actually a full body blue leather like costume with many pockets for tools and artifacts.
