_____________Shoto's POV______________

A kid with green, messy hair came up and sat down next to me. He stuck his hand out and offered it to me.

"Izuku Midoria. What's your name? " He said. His voice made my heart beat faster and my face heat up. I must have blushed, because I saw him blush a dark shade of pink. I took his hand and shook it.
"Shoto Todoroki. " I said and smirked. His face turned red and he looked away from me to hide it.

When he finally calmed down, he turned back to me. "Aren't you Endeavor's son? " He asked. I glared into space. "Unfortunately, I am. " I said with my voice dripping with anger. He flinched in his seat. "I-I'm sorry. I-I didn't mean to bring back bad memories. " He studdered. I turned and smiled at him to say it's okay. He blushed a bit, but smiled back.

___________time skip to lunch__________

At lunch, I found Midoria and went over to the table where he was sitting alone. In class, Mr. Aizawa told us we were going to go on a training field trip to a forest far from any towns so we could work on controlling and building up our quirks.
"So are you excited for the field trip? It's gonna be two weeks long! " He said.

"Yep. It might be fun. " I said back.
I wonder who will be my roommate at the hotel. I thought to myself. We were going to stay at a hotel in a town that was an hour away from our training sight. We were training on 40 acres of land.

________time skip to after school_______

I found Midoria and we began to walk home together. He invited me to stay over for a few hours to play video games and get to know each other better. I only agreed because I didn't want to go home and see my father.
When we got to his house and went in, he introduced me to his mom.
"Todoroki, this is my mom. Mom, this is my friend, Todoroki. " He said. Friend? I didn't know he considered me his friend already.

"Hi! You are just so cute! I'm glad my little Izuku made friends. He always got picked on for being 'quirkless'. Well anyway, if you need anything just find me. Have fun! " She said as Midoria led me upstairs to his room. We entered and he plugged in an extra controller. His room was surprisingly clean and I assumed his mom did it. He handed me a controller and asked what I wanted to play.
"What do you have? " I asked.

____________time skip to about one hour later_____________________________

"I'm hungry. Are you? " Midoria asked me.
"A little bit, " I said back.

"I'll ask mom to make something," He said. "Can you just wait here or do you want to go with me?" He asked.
"I can just stay here, it might be easier for you." I replied. He nodded and left the room, leaving me by myself. I looked around and noticed all of his All Might stuff. He had posters and action figures all over the place. But it was all neatly organized. Then I saw a picture of Midoria and his mom. All Might was in the photo, too.

He came back in the room after a couple of minutes. "She's cooking a pizza. Do you like pizza?" He asked me. I nodded my head yes. As we waited for the pizza to cook, we talked some. He told me his mom has been overworking herself, and he needed a job. I currently have a job at a cafe on weekends so I don't have to deal with my dad. I took the days of the field trip off so I could stay at the training ground over the weekend.

Time skip_____________________________

I woke up to my alarm. It was timed an hour before my dad's went off so I could get out of the house before him. I put my uniform on and packed every thing I needed for school. I got out of the house as my dad's alarm went off. I walked towards Midoria's house.
