Warning: Character Death (I know I'm a complete bi+ch) I apologize if anything is triggering

Disclaimer:

•It took me a long time to find inspiration but I found some and hopefully you all enjoy this.

•first part kind of explains a little bit of the characters backstory.

At the time your parents thought it would be in their best interest as well as your own to give you up for adoption seeing as they were barely struggling to get by as is. That's why about 18 years later you find yourself searching for your birth parents only to find out that they have passed away according to a 3 year old news article.
After giving you up they had been struck with a lot of luck. Not all luck could last though, could it?

You weren't all that lucky though , but you never gave up hope.

*present time*at work*

Y/N's POV

I have to tell you. I do love my job, it pays well and I'm stable so there's not much to complain about. There's one of my many bosses that I've taken a liking to. I know for sure he does not seem one bit interested.

He seems to tolerate me a lot more than he does Thomas. Come to think of it he'd much rather have Thomas gone then even look his way. Not everyone can get what they want, especially if you make yourself out to be a complete douche. That's why when Thomas decided it was time to go work on creating a better opportunity for himself and most of The Glade employees at his own business called Runner and Co.

He already had his firm set up when he started working for Glade but needed a lot more money to get it up and running properly. As time went along employees at The Glade slowly started going over to Runner and Co me included.

Narrator's POV

Gally soon came to realize that Glade was losing a lot of its employees and very fast recognized the competition. That's why he came up with the idea of hiring a hitman of sorts to get rid of said competition.

Y/N's POV

Runner and Co were hosting a get together to celebrate the early success of the firm. Thomas being the good at heart individual he was decided he'd send an invitation to Gally. For some apparent reason I felt uneasy. That was when I spotted a individual pull out a weapon and a shot went off.

I quickly threw myself infront of Thomas and feel a slow seering pain work its way through me.

Narrator's POV

As (Y/N) fell to the floor. Gally walked in only to realize he made a big mistake. He was running over to her but got tackled down and cuffed by police that instantly knew by the look on his face that he had something to do with whatever was going on.

*>>> a little *at hospital*

Doctors were working their heads off to save (Y/N)'s life but to no avail they had failed. They did however have news for the person who's life (Y/N) had saved.

He looked at them quite incredulously not understanding what they were saying. Only to realize that he's parents use to argue at times about a child they gave up. You could be sure that Thomas was not handling this at all well not the fact that you very well were his sister but at the fact that he didn't know you were his sister only to find out now that you were but that he had also just lost you in the same day. He was a mess.

Unknowingly to them all, Gally however did not stop plotting at getting revenge on Thomas for the death of a girl he just a few hours ago came to realize he liked

This probably completely sucks...
