Alex's P.O.V
It was in the afternoon; I sat downstairs reading while drinking a cup of coffee with blood. Victor was eating some food in the kitchen, and Daniel decided to go to the Grill. I didn't want to talk to anyone, which Victor noticed the second he walked past the parlor room where I was sitting. That's what I liked about him; he just knew when you needed your space. I was still on edge with the arrival of Esther. I bookmarked my page before walking out of the parlor room, leaving my coffee behind.
I saw Rebekah and Damon coming down the stairs. Damon didn't have a shirt on, and Rebekah was wearing the same dress from last night. Ok, now I wished I had gone to the kitchen and talked to Victor.
"Good afternoon, Alex," Rebekah greeted me, with a small smirk, and stepped past me with my older brother. I watched them disappear from my eyesight, then continued to walk back up to my room.
I laid on my bed and sighed. Why can't Klaus take a hint? Or Damon notice that Esther being in my dream isn't strange? I heard Damon say something to Stefan downstairs. " Fine. Neither one of us gets her, " Great they're talking about Elena. " Just make sure she doesn't screw up Esther's plan. " I sat up at that sentence. Esther's plan?
I wandered out of my room as Damon was coming up the stairs. "What plan?" I asked him.
"You know it's rude to eavesdrop," Damon smirked as he walked towards his room, which was two doors down from mine.
"What plan, Damon?" I insisted.
"Esther's going to kill all her children tonight with a linking spell she did last night with the champagne," Damon explained, before walking into his room and closing the door behind him. I didn't move from my spot as I stare out into the empty hallway. Goddamnit Klaus! Why couldn't you have just believed me?!
I walked back into my room and texted Klaus, ' Can we talk? ' I waited for a while and saw he had read the message. When I realized he wasn't going to answer me, I threw my phone across the room in frustration. I heard it break, but didn't give a shit at the moment. Why do you have to be so difficult?

I heard a knock on my door and saw Damon standing there. "Get dressed," He ordered. "You're going to distract Klaus tonight."
"And why would I do that?" I asked him, slightly annoyed.
"Because we're going to dagger Kol to save Elena from Rebekah," He explained.
"Of course, this has to do with Elena," I chuckled. "So why does Rebekah want her dead?" I asked him as I sat down on the edge of my bed.
"Elijah found out Esther's plan, and Elena's leverage so we stop Esther. But since they're all linked we're going to dagger one of them, i.e., Kol, who's currently at the Grill drinking with Klaus, according to Alaric," Damon elaborated. "That way the original family goes to sleep, and we can get Elena out alive." I did have to admit it was a good plan, but I wasn't going to mention the part about Klaus not begin affected by the daggers.
"And you need me to distract Klaus while you lure Kol away," I said as if I had just caught onto their plan.
"Exactly," Damon confirmed. "Now get dress and get your ass to the Grill," Damon then walked out of my room. At least now I can warn Klaus.
