After coming to terms with their wounds, Ioa called 911 and the paramedics rushed to the school to help Sura and Kaja and they were rushed to the hospital, Sura's bullet didn't go all the way through and was still in his side waist so the paramedics had to extract the bullet.
Kaja's wounds were more severe as she was attacked multiple times, she ultimately survived the attack and so did Sura. Ioa was a suspect but Kaja and Sura said that she saved them and she was free to go. 10 days later both Sura and Kaja were let out of the hospital and graduated as seniors and went to college along with Ioa.
