Taylor's POV

"What the hell Kian?!" JC yells, causing everyone else to run into the room.

I make eye contact with Connor, him raising an eyebrow, making me realize that neither me or Kian have moved.

I push Kian off and we both sit up and look at JC.

"Ok so this must look really bad-"

"Yeah! It does Kian! Why were you laying on top of Taylor?!"

"JC I swear it wasn't anything like that. We were hugging and the force pushed me back and we were there for a second before you walked in." I try to explain to him, making him focus his glare at me.

I've never seen him this pissed and I was honestly quite scared.

I guess the fear must have shown on my face, because JC's expression changes from pissed to sorrow.

"Okay. I believe you. But please, keep the doors open from now on?"

We both nod our head, and everyone walks away. Connor and Jonas, who I completely forgot was still here, pushed me into my room.

"Explain. Now." Connor jumps on my bed and Jonas sits cross legged on my floor.

"There's nothing to explain." I highly doubt Kian would want me to tell everyone that he has a crush on me.

"But we heard-" Jonas starts talking but Connor covered Jonas' mouth with his hand.

"You were listening?!" I didn't know the walls were that thin.

"Um what? No? Why would you think that?" Connor asks, removing his hand from Jonas' face.

I look at Connor, raising an eyebrow.

"Ok so we may have accidently pressed our ears against the wall and may have overheard every word you two said but I swear it wasn't intentional."

I want to be mad but after that comment I can't. Connor just is so funny, and he doesn't even have to try.

I smile and sit down on the bed. "So what do I do?"

I wasn't expecting a response from either of them.

"Date him!"

"No she has to date Coby!"

"No she has to date Kian!"

They start arguing back and forth on which relationship would be better.

"Kian lives with her!"

"Yeah but Coby is her teacher!"

"At least Coby is emo like her!"

I finally decide to step in. "Shouldn't it be up to me who I want to date?"

They both stop arguing with each other and look at me.

"No." And they go back to arguing.

I decide to go downstairs and get a snack, hoping that food will shut them up for a few minutes. I see Sam standing in the kitchen, talking to a girl sitting at the island.

"Hello?"

The girl turns around and, to my surprise, it's Chelsea.

"What are you doing here?" I ask shocked.

Yeah, we don't hate each other anymore but I didn't expect to be seeing her without Coby around.

"Well hello to you too." She says walking over to me.

"I have something to tell you." She whispers so that Sma doesn't hear.

Confused, I look between her and Sam. "Well Jonas and Connor are upstairs in my room arguing over who I should date so let's go join them and I'll fill you in when we get there."

We start walking up the stairs when Sam starts complaining.

"Aw you're leaving me? I didn't get your number yet."

"Can you stop flirting with my friends Sam?" I roll my eyes playfully not expecting it to actually continue, but I see Chelsea wink at him out of the corner of my eye.

As we walk up the stairs I look at her, raising an eyebrow. "Out of all people?"

She blushes and slaps my arm, very weakly I may add. "Shut up."

"Well when I left the two dorks they were arguing so let's see if anything has-" I open the door to see the two dorks, on my floor, kissing.

Chelsea's mouth drops open, as does mine.

The two boys look at us, like deers caught in the headlights.

"I ship it." Me and Chelsea say at the same time.

Connor laughs nervously.

So after we fill Chelsea in on the Kian drama, and she fills us in on Sam, I turn to the boys. "So would you like to explain how in the 10 minutes I left you guys alone, you went from fighting over who I should date to kissing?"

"It just kind of happened?"

Connor and Jonas both look confused as hell.

I think they both like each other a lot, and I think the kiss scared them.

But I ship it so much.

It gets dark out really fast, and I manage to convince JC to let everyone sleep over.

Despite all of us being over 16 years old, we go onto the roof and try and catch fireflies.

"Wait will they bite me?" Jonas asks as we climb up to the top.

"No they don't bite but they'll probably sting." Chelsea says, keeping a straight face.

"They do?!"

I roll my eyes trying not to laugh. "She's joking Jonas. They don't harm you in any way."

"Oh."

We get up to the roof any unfortunately no fireflies were up here but it was a great view and it was fun.

We stayed out until about 12 am, when nature decided to start raining.

When we got inside we set up a bunch of blankets and pillows on the floor and watched Netflix all night.

Me and Chelsea were the last ones up and I remembered what she has said earlier.

"Hey Chelsea?" I whispered.

"Yeah?"

"What was the thing you had to tell me earlier?"

She smiles. "Oh yeah."

I sit in silence, waiting for an explanation.

"Coby admitted to me that he plans on asking you on a date."
