Author's Note: Hey readers! Sorry this one-shot request took a while. I've never written a one-shot like this so I needed to read some before writing some. But I'm more confident now. Also thanks CricketLuver for this request, I hope you like this!

(STARSCREAM'S POV)

The search for Megatron was getting slightly easier every day thanks to (Y/N). She had used her tracking skills to narrow down the area that of which he could be found. Once we succeed in finding our master, he will definitely award the position of Top Lieutenant to me. I hope.

I walked over to the main computer of our HQ. (Y/N) was sitting at the keyboard, constantly working on radar. I sort of liked her. She's resourceful, intelligent and agile. The best I have on the little team I put together to find and rescue Lord Megatron.

"Any luck?" I asked.

(Y/N) looked up at me. Her eyes glistened as she placed her ponytail back on her shoulder. To me, she was pretty. Okay, I take back what I said before about sort of liking her, I like her a lot.

"No, not yet...huh?" The screen beeped and a glowing dot appeared on the screen. "Signal located! Within the Cosmos Redshift 7 Galaxy."

I couldn't believe it. She'd done it. She'd found him. I stared at her, she smirked.

"You're blushing," she teased.

"No I'm not!" I quickly covered my face then cleared my throat. "What's the ETA for a pick up?"

"Not sure if it's even possible, Commander. But if it is, it's going to take a while," (Y/N) replied.

"Prepare for departure. We leave at dawn." I walked out to get some rest.

(Your P.O.V)

The team was ready to leave. You had a pilot and crew ready to fly to the coordinates you supplied them with per Commander Starscream's orders. Lucky you gets to go to his room to deliver the news personally, the only time of day you get to spend with Starscream alone.

You knocked on his door and was greeted with an unhappy response.

"Who is it?!" he asked grumpily.

"It's me, Commander," you replied.

He rushed to the door and pulled it open clumsily, he almost fell over while doing so only to quickly rise back up and allow you in. You wanted to smile but kept a serious face.

"Welcome, (Y/N)."

You turned to face him and shook your head so that your hair would fall into place behind you. It was so hard to not blush at him. "I just wanted to let you know that we are ready for departure, we just need you're permission to follow through with your plan."

He approached you slowly, you looked up at him. He looked like he was blushing again which you liked, but you didn't say it this time.

"Thank you, (Y/N). I'm glad that you will be leading the mission tomorrow," he replied. You was so surprised.

"I'm leading the mission?"

"Oh, did I not mention that part," he blushed more.

You felt myself blushing so you had to get out of there. "Well, I'd...I'd better head home, I'll be back tomorrow morning so I can lead this mission, which I didn't know I was doing before but hey! It's happening!" You were rambling which was a sign that you needed to leave so you did.

You sat on your bed and stared at your tablet. It showed the route from Earth to the CR7 galaxy. You couldn't believe that you were going to be leading the mission, Starscream must really appreciate you if he was willing to give this task to you.

Suddenly, you heard a knock at the door. You quickly the your hair back into a ponytail then rush downstairs to the door. But when you saw who was on the other side, you were surprised.

"Oh, Commander Starscream." You opened the door and stepped to the side allowing him to enter. You both go to the living room and you offered Starscream a seat but he politely refused. "So what are you doing here?"

"I wanted to tell you something. Something important," he stuttered.

"Yeah? What is it? Is it about the mission?" you asked.

"No! No. Of course not. You're perfect for this mission and you're definitely perfect in other ways too," he replied.
He leaned in closer to you, then looked down at the floor. "I-I-I like you," he blushed.

You were really shocked, but happy, he had finally admitted it to you so you ran up to him and kissed him on mouth, he quickly returned the embrace.

"I like you too."
