For all those who have left a request which I have not completed, I am so sorry, but I am starting fresh with this book.
This means that all requests will not be complete, but if you really want me to do it then you can resubmit it.
The next chapter published will be a new request chapter, where all requests must be submitted, and I will be doing requests in the order that I submit them.
I hope to be able to keep up with them a little better than I did with the previous ones.
