(PSA: I said in the description that I do not like the character Raoul at all, despite him being what some call a "hero" in the story. I feel like he ruins everything and gets in the way. Less people would have died and Christine could have easily stayed with Erik if Raoul never entered the picture/ruined Erik's plans. Just saying!)
All I Ask of You is the duet that Christine and Raoul share. It is the "love song" of the musical. Phantom fans know that Sarah Brightman is the ORIGINAL Christine Daae. She paved the way for other women. Some people don't like her voice because of her "nasally" sound, but I happen to love her voice. She has a unique voice and a unique look that no other Christine has.
The main reason I love Sarah singing this song is just because I know in my head that she's the OG Christine, which makes it 10x better than normal, if that makes sense.
