In the Final Lair scene, Erik forces her back under the opera house and basically tells her that if she doesn't marry him/stay with him, he will kill Raoul. In order to save Raoul, Christine killed the Phantom... twice. (The first time, it's purely because she wants to save Raoul. For some reason, she kisses him again, which makes me believe she felt something in that first kiss and wanted to experience it again.)
I have only recently discovered Gina Beck. I mean, I've seen small clips of her performances here and there, but I never took the time to research her interpretation of Christine until recently. I love the emotions Gina brings out for Christine's character in this scene. Not only that, but she doesn't rush the iconic Phantom kiss scene, which i've seen a lot of Christine portrayers do.
(honorable mention for Final Lair: Sierra Boggess's Christine. At the moment I'm favoring Gina's over Sierra's, though.)
