The feeling of safety we can never go back to...
"But I'm surprised." Norman revealed, "It's to be expected from Ray and Lilian, who reads books most of the time...""But /Emma/, for you to notice those bookplates too..." Ray continued.
"I didn't." Emma replied with Norman confused, "I wasn't the one who noticed them; Phil found them and told me."
"Phil?" Norman questioned and Emma confirmed.
"A children's book he was reading was Mr. Minerva's, and it was a book that had morse code in the story." Emma admitted, "So I just looked at the other books too."
"Now it makes sense." Ray implied.
"Huh? What's that supposed to mean?" Emma asked.
I giggled their still up to the same antics. Coming to the dining hall we didn't see Don and Gilda, who were supposed to be here.
We were at the halls trying to find them; they turned up from the direction of the rooms.
"Don, Gilda." Emma said noticing them, "Good! I thought you'd..."
"Where did you guys go?" Ray questioned them.
Noticing that our other siblings were here Norman pointed it out, and Ray decided to continue the conversation later.
We ate dinner and got ready for bed but before going to sleep we went to the dining hall again to continue our conversation.
"We went into the secret room." Don revealed, "It led to a basement."
"How did you get in?" Emma and I asked.
It would be nearly impossible, unless...
"Don pick-pocketed the key, and..." Gilda told us.
"From Mom?" Emma exclaimed.
"And? Did Mom..." Norman questioned.
"I don't think she noticed." Gilda replied, "We returned the key already too. So probably..."
This was bad... The risk of going in there was high enough, but now that they've done it makes us all suspicious.
"You two acted stupidly." Ray scolded, "What if that room was equipped with either a camera, a bug or an alarm? If Mom or sister Krone found out... you two... No, actually all of us would be..."
"What? Tell us what would happen. Are we all going to get killed?" Don questioned to a surprised Emma, "You lied to us. Your 'I don't know' and 'Let's go save them' was fake. We can't go help them, because Conny and everyone else are already..."
"Sorry." Emma apologized, "I'm so sorry!"
"So they're really..." Gilda trailed off knowing the truth.
"Told you, Gilda." Don said to her then threatened Emma, "I knew they were lying. What are you hiding? Tell us the whole truth."
After telling Don and Gilda the truth of our house, shock was written on their faces.
"Demons?" Don questioned, "A farm?"
"And also..." Emma said.
"Ray's... a spy? Lilian's... aware?" Don faltered, "All this time?"
"It was for our sake!" Norman reasoned.
"Then Ray, Lilian..." Don said, "You knew what was going to happen to Conny that day? And, Emma, Norman... you both tried to lie to us to take us out into a world full of enemies?"
