Emily's POV
I decided the first person I wanted to see when I got home was Dylan, I really missed him. We decided to meet at the diner near my house it was the best in town. I arrived first, as I'm waiting for Dylan I noticed something across the room, Rachel. I was kinda happy to see her I missed her, even though I know I shouldn't she broke up with me, why should I miss her ? I don't know why I still miss her but, what I do know is that she still looks perfect in every way. I get up a little nervous I wanna say hi to her but I'm nervous, it's been a while since I seen her. I finally worked up enough confidences to get up and say hi to her, as I'm walking I stop dead in my tracks she's with someone else. Maybe it's just a friend? A relative I never met? This is crazy I think to myself just walk up to her, no I can't do this. I turn around.

Rachel's POV
As I'm talking to Mia something catches my eye, it looks like Emily but I can't tell she's walking away from me. I decide to take the risk and call out Emily's name, if I'm wrong this could complicate things with Mia if I'm right this could really complicate things with Mia. "Maxwell?" I said loud enough so she could hear, she turns around, "rachel hey" she said quietly. Wow it really is her, all the memories, the pain, it all came back at once. I missed her, but I can't miss her I'm with Mia now, I'm suppose to get my happy ending now. I can't miss Emily. I'm not suppose to miss her she hurt me in ways I couldn't even imagine.
I snap out of my trance and look at mia, who's starting at me. "you look great, we should catch up while you're in town!" i finally said but rachel not mia looked pleased with that.

If looks can kill I'd most definitely be dead. I can't take this, I shouldn't have called out rachel's name. I should've just let her walk away, I have Mia and I'm suppose to be in love with her. I grabbed Mia's hand and left, I decided Rachel wasn't worth ruining my happiness, again. I don't want talk to her, I don't want see her, and I don't want hear of her. Saying we should meet up was a mistake. She was a mistake.
