Sorry for not updating as much as I usually do, I'm planning a new book and I'm using all my free time to write that at the moment =^=

I had no clue of what I was supposed to do about the situation I was stuck in. I was dating Nagito, but Chiaki had feelings for me. I then sighed and decided to hurry home before Nagito became worried.

"I can't believe you!" He shouted, throwing a pillow at me, "I knew you liked Chiaki!"

"Wait! All she did-" It was all a misunderstanding that occurred. I didn't mean for it to turn out like this.

Nagito then rushed out of the house, despair rushing through himself. There I stood, all alone. The only options I had available were either to look for him or stay here and hope he comes back. So of course I chose the option to search. I looked all around the streets until I came across the park. This would be a good time to rest. As I scurried across some woodchips, I saw a figure slowly riding the swing. As I came closer, I could see more of their body and features....

"Nagito!" I rushed to him but he avoided eye contact and slowed down the swing so it wouldn't hit me. "I was looking all over the place." I frowned and grabbed one of his arms. "Please listen to what I have to say."

"Stop trying to make me trust you again. Trash like me doesn't need help." He growled. I was reminded of the boss baby I was friends with and his attitude, but shrugged it off and focused on Nagito.

"All she did was confess to me, I never answered and then she kissed me out of nowhere." I explained, but he kept the same cold expression.

"You were considering it if you never answered."

"N-no, I just didn't want to hurt her feelings!" I sweated and Nagito gave me a look that made it look like he was about to cry.

"Why do you have to be filled with so much hope... These tragic events just make you even stronger." He bit his lip, "I have no right to even interact with someone like you."

"Stop bad-mouthing yourself!" I pulled Nagito up to my level even though he was the tiniest bit taller. I put my hands on his shoulders. "I don't know what you're talking about, but I never meant for this to happen so can we just move on?" I offered a small smile.

"As expected of someone who shines with so much hope.. I just can't help but trust you and like you-" I hugged him which caught him off guard, assuming that was the reason he stopped rambling.

"You do know I love you too, right?" I mumbled, my cheeks absorbing heat. I could feel Nagito's body lighten up instead of staying stiff.

"Mm.." was all he could say. I knew he was probably smiling and I wished I saw it, knowing that it probably had true happiness radiating from it.

"Hey, let's go home." I took his left hand in my right and began to walk home, the sunset beginning to darken.

I awoke to the movement of shuffling around in the bed. My arms were wrapped around something, that's when I saw the white fluffy hair in front of me.

"Eh, Nagito?" I let go, but his hand pulled them back.

"No.. stay." He sounded like he was half asleep still, so I stayed like so for a couple of minutes before finding an opening and getting ready for school.

"Come on, time to get up." I kissed his forehead, causing his eyes to flash open with red cheeks.

"O-okay.." he stuttered and began to take his clothes off in front of me.

"Hey! What are you-?" I covered my eyes and heard laughter.

"You're so cute when flustered.." he sighed and hugged me, "I'm super lucky to have someone as great as you." His bare chest pressed up against my back and he layed his head on my shoulder.

"C-come on.. we have to go in a couple of minutes." I urged him to get ready once again and he frowned but quickly smiled, trying to hide his disappointment.

"Fine, fine."

"Hajime, there you are!" Mahiru skipped over to my desk, a little strange for someone who disliked males.

"What do you need?" I looked at her openly.

"Is there any way I could get you to help me out with a competition?" She asked, holding her camera up.

"Yeah sure, what would you like me to do?"

"I need to capture a picture of maybe you looking out the window when the sun rays are perfectly lined up." Mahiru smiled I nodded and did what she said, laying my head down in my hand and staring out the window. A typical male protagonist thing to do in a highschool anime.

"I got it! Thank you so much, I knew I could count on you. You fully meet the expectations of a boy." Mahiru exclaimed and to hear that from her, it meant alot.

"No problem." I looked back up at her and from the corner of my eyes, saw Nagito watching us with a jealous facial expression. Mahiru then walked away while looking at the perfect photo she snapped. When that I looked at it, people usually found me trustworthy. It was just one of my traits.

"Hey, could you help me look at girl's-" Teruteru began to smirk but Nekomaru came and picked him up while struggling.

"Thanks Nekomaru." I chuckled while sweating, glad he got me out of the situation. I guessed being trustworthy was something that people liked about me, that's why they always asked me for help whether it was perverted or not.

(I wrote this chapter on a plane to Seattle so I had a hard time focusing on ideas, but I do have some inspiration left for the next chapter)
