Time had passed since Kaia's return to The Order, and with it came the unfortunate news of Regulus's fate. Mad-Eye and Kingsley reported that he had fallen during a confrontation with the remaining Death Eaters, and they had been unable to save him before he passed.
Kaia felt a pang of sadness and regret upon hearing the news, but she tried to remain strong.
Amidst the losses they had endured and with Voldemort's demise brought about by Neville Longbottom's efforts, The Order eventually dispersed for a time. During that period, Kaia and Sirius had chosen to tie the knot, a joyous occasion amid the aftermath of war.
As Neville continued his education at Hogwarts, eventually reaching his fifth year, he discovered a troubling vision involving the capture of James and Tabitha by Death Eaters at the Ministry of Magic. Believing it to be real, he and Harry organized a group to save them. However, upon their arrival, they realized it was a cunning ploy orchestrated by Voldemort himself.
And later during the battle, Kaia had been on the brink of completely losing her mind, as she witnessed Bellatrix Lestrange aiming a lethal spell at her husband. In a moment of quick thinking, she utilized the diversion skills she had learned from her time undercover, diverting the spell just in time to prevent Sirius's death. However, the spell backfired, taking the life of a different Death Eater instead.
