Part 9

I made it to homeroom and noticed the desks were not in single rows anymore.

They were now partnered.

I walked to the row were I usually sat.

The only empty seat I saw that was close to were I used to sit.

Had Jungkook sitting on the left side.

I just stared blankly at the new seating arrangements.

I looked around and notice two girls who sat in front of us talking.

I went up to them and politely said that they were seating in my seat 'my' seat even though I knew it clearly wasn't.

"Excuse me but I think you are sitting at my seat." I said while looking up and down.

"Ani this is my seat you can look at the seating chart on the teachers desk" She politely replied while pointing to the teachers desk.

Ah really

I slowly turned away and walked up to the desk I was examining where my row is and I saw.

Ah shit.

I turned around and walked to my seat.

Jungkook's head was down probably sleeping which I didn't care if I woke him up.

I harshly plopped myself on the seat which made the desks move.

I saw Jungkook wake up "ah you woke me up you shea devil what is your problem" he said while sounding half asleep.

I couldn't help but notice his frizzy static hair.

"I don't have a problem" I just replied while looking straight at the board crossing my arms.

I could hear Jungkook mumble something before laying his head back down.

I just decided to let it roll off my back.

I was thinking about a bunch of random thoughts

Until the bell rang.

Mrs Lee came in with her clicking heels.

Which made Jungkook wake up but he put his head back down.

after she was finished calling role she assigned us are assignment for today.

"Good morning class you might be wondering why the desks are like this well we are going to be doing a project you and the person you are siting with are going to have to write an essay, and make a poster board about the Shang dynasty.
Since we are learning about China's dynasty's.
You both have 2 weeks to finish this project which is due Friday worth 50 percent of your grade."

I glared at Jungkook who was already fast asleep.

"Ah jinjja" I mumbled which woke up Jungkook surprisingly.

"Mweo?"I heard him say as he was looking around the room.

I just rolled my eyes at him sighing heavily.

"What's with the attitude" I heard him mumble.

"It's nothing"I said.

He put his head back down.

But I slapped his back which woke him up.

"Aya that hurt why did you do that." I heard him whine while massaging his back.

"We have to do a project together and you are going to help." I said sounding kinda irritated.

"Oh ew why would I wanna work with you wake me up when class is over" he said while putting his head down.
