Lost ||Jeon Jungkook

Part 27

I got out of the car we were on the third floor of the parking garage.

I started walking towards the elevator,

I texted Sohyun and asked if she has arrived yet.

But of course stupid me I walked in the middle of road while looking at my phone.

I heard a loud beep.

I looked and saw a car coming towards me trying to brake.

I felt something wrap around my waist and pulled me backwards before the car could hit me,

The car made a loud screeching noise before almost bumping into the wall.

I opened my eyes and looked around two guys got out of the car.

I looked down and saw an arm wrapped around my waist.

I turned around and saw Jungkook who was heavily breathing and looking at the two guys.

He then let go.

"Are you ok?" He asked in a somewhat annoyed tone probably cause he risked his life to save me.

I nodded while catching my breath and processing what just happened.

Did Jungkook just save me what?

I walked over to the two guys to apologize.

They both seemed very young probably around there early twenties.

Jungkook came behind me.

Before I could even speak a word he quickly apologized.

"I am so sorry for the inconvenience obviously she should learn to be more careful about her surroundings" he said while glaring at me.

"I am really sorry I wasn't looking or paying attention are you guys alright" I said.

The two guys looked at each other.

"Please you don't have to feel so apologetic my brother was too on his phone while driving and texting at the same time and wasn't paying attention" he looked at the the person next to him.

"I am glad no one is hurt" he said.

Me and Jungkook nodded and said goodbye to them before leaving.

While we were walking to the elevator I thanked Jungkook.

"Thank you Jungkook for you know....saving me".

He just nodded.

"Be careful next time I won't be helping you,the reason I did it was because I am responsible for you tonight" he said.

I realized that he was responsible for me since I had to go with him instead of going with my dad.

We walked into the building.

A man was by the door asking for IDs.

Jungkook pulled his out and gave it to him the man checked it and gave it back to him.

The guy then looked at me.

I realized I was supposed to show an ID which I didn't have.

I smiled sheepishly while looking at Jungkook.

He sighed and rolled his eyes.
