Draco opened his eyes. He was lent up against a stone wall a throbbing pain in his back. There was a troubled passing noise and voices.

"Will you please stop that it's bad enough you were hang out with that death eater don't make me more annoyed" It was Weasley "I mean your so lucky that Neville had got up early for breakfast and Dean didn't come back for an 8th year of Hogwarts"

"Ron why do you insist on calling him a death eater? He's trying to move on from his mistakes and Voldemort's grasp." Harry sounded annoyed as usual when people called Draco a death eater. He was right though Draco had tried to move on as usual he had a green cloth rapped around his tattooed arm.

"You shore you was only talking, I mean I won't judge if you're gay but falling for HIM"

"Ron that's preposterous! Why would you even think that? I'm just trying to make him feel better" Harry had become incredible convincing over the past few weeks at acting like they were just friends, if even that.

"There have been rumours" Draco's heart skipped a beat if people found out the "The boy who lived" was going out with a former death eater that would only mean more trouble for Harry who after the war didn't need it.

Draco pulled himself from the wall cutting off Ron before he could continue.

"Remind me when and how I fell asleep in the Gryffindoor tower." Draco said sarcastically. Crises averted.

"Great now he's awake we can take him to a teacher" Ron said with no warmth.*Harsh Weasley,harsh but fair*

"Ron I don't think we can" said Harry helping Draco to his feet.

"What why not?!"

"Well" *Don't say anything stupid Potter* "I let him in the tower so we could talk sorry we woke you up"Ron seamed less taken aback than Draco had imagined.

"You never really grew out of rule breaking ?"
