Love is Hard Part 6

Harry's POV

Harry opened his eyes instantly a headache hit him square in the face. All he could gather was that he was on a bed much like his back in the tower and he was cuddling someone.... SHIRTLESS. Harry frantically tried to pull away but whoever this was had their arms protectively rapped around him.

After more squirming and fidgeting he concluded that the person had too much of a grip on him. So he pulled out his wand and looked up right into the green eyes of Draco Malfoy. Harry was about to scream out of surprise but a hand frantically covered his mouth.

"Put your wand away Harry and don't make a sound the other Slytherins came back while we were asleep I think they're all asleep but there's no telling" Draco said in a whisper.

Harry did as he said and the two of them sat up. Harry waited while Draco peered through the curtains and gave the all clear signal. They both clambered out and too the door of the room.

"Okay here's the plan, we are going to sneak you out through the common room" Draco must have seen Harry questioning glance around the room.

"There's no windows we're in the dungeons" Harry still looked uncertain "Are you just scared? You know I'm supposed to be the cautious one" Draco said abandoning the door and advancing on Harry.

"No, I'm not scared of a group of Slytherins... but every time I've done that kind of thing I haven't exactly gotten out unnoticed besides what are you going to do walk through the Slytherin common room with Harry freaking Potter?" Harry had begun to raise his voice out of concern.

Draco sighed and pulled a small vial of liquid out the inside pocket of his abandoned jacket he had thrown over the bed board. Harry recognised the pollyjuce potion immediately. Draco tour out some of his hair and shoved it into the vial. He grabbed the back of Harry's head and made him drink the position it began to take affect morphing Harry's fetchers leaving in front of Draco a mirror-image of himself.

"Why are you like this?" Harry asked looking down at his hands "I feel... taller" he was then thrown Draco's green scarf.

"Put it on. You're right we can't walk through the Slytherin common room but perhaps you can" Draco said. After a bit more tweaking to Harry's outfit he was ready." The potion should last about twenty minutes"Harry kissed Draco on the cheek and walked out the dormitory door and into the common room.

There was a small group of Slytherins gathered around the fireplace. They were gossiping about something. Harry made a quick beeline for the exit to this strange place. Just as the door to the dungeons closed behind him he heard a slightly concerned voice .

"Draco where are you going?" Harry spun around to face Pansy she had a look of worry on her face.

"Oh just for a nights stroll" Harry asked doing his best impression of Draco.

"Well I was just wondering who you came into the common room with?" Pansy leaned up to Harry who had gained a couple inches through the potion. Harry was at a loss for words he could barely remember coming into the common room himself 

"Well I didn't come in with anyone.." Harry was really bad at improve.

Come one Harry you've faced Voldemort, what would Draco do? Probably sweet talk his way out.

"I was just sick of people you know bullying we at the dance so I..?" tears flooded out of Pansy's eyes uncontrollably Harry stepped back.

"Draco you know I care about you just." Harry hugged Pansy trying to make her feel better before she broke away and ran back into the dungeons.

Once she was out of site Harry turned and ran as fast as he could back to tower. Past the still busy hall and up the stairs. He burst into the common room the pollyjucie had worn off by now. There was a cluster of students finishing last minute homework and talking. Harry ran into the boys dormitory and into his room. He though himself onto the bed not taking much notice of his surroundings. Harry felt like crying or yelling or both.

"You want to explain to us what happened?" Harry looked up from the bed at Ron and Neville both looking down at him rather worried.

Needless to say it was a long night and after a lot of convincing Harry told Hermione and ,yes, even Ginny. Surprisingly they were all quite calm about it apart from Ginny but that was to be expected.

They didn't immediately tell everyone like Harry had suspected. So, much more secretively Harry spent time with Draco. They often had picnics in the shrieking shack because it was the safest place not to be caught.

So Christmas and Spring rolled around and everything was fine. The summer was mostly fine apart from the rumours. Of course when you keep anything secret people find out or you leave clues behind. Some girls in Ravenclaw put a handful of things together and started a rumour. It was whispered in the corridors whenever Harry passed by someone or when he and Draco where within five feet of each other.

So for about a month they stayed away from each other but when June came they started meeting again. So happy to see each other again.

Hi sorry this chapter took so long I had a horrible case of writers block because I had put Draco and Harry in a tough situation and yesterday I was like they have magic......... so yeah.                          My friend @Riverclamisdabest is writing a story and is supper embarrassed about it soooo go over there and give here some support if you want.
