Of course, all songs get mainstream. They used to be our favorite song and then now they're boring. They get old. Remember Happy by Pharell Williams...so old now right? Also Problem by Ariana and Iggy. They're the same with Kpop. But for me, KPOP songs are hard to get old. I mean, it will be a long time since songs get old. Me, I still listen to The Baddest Female by CL, (I'm listening to it right now) I Got a Boy by SNSD or Growl by EXO. And of course after a few years, it will also be mainstream. Maybe like Gee (duh since it's SNSD's 1st mini album) Maybe also Overdose will get mainstream. It's normal anyway...songs from the 1980s aren't popular now! (Except for our parents). So don't be surprised if Overdose gets old. Just like Gangnam Style, everyone will also get sick of it. Save KPOP guys! Listen to it often! Because it might soon get mainstream!
Probably, I wish...maybe KPOP music won't be as bad as western music. I want them to stay as they are now: cute, active, with sense. I'm fine with GD. He's not that bad. He's still good. Even CL. Her name The Baddest Female was only because of her song. But inside she's soo kind and beautiful. Also GD. I wish KPOP won't be corrupt and all drugs.
