Before making a form, check what's open. Make sure to put your full warrior name unless you are a loner/rogue who doesn't have a warrior name. Please don't get a rank of Leader, Deputy, Healer, or Healer Apprentice if you aren't going to be active. In fact, please don't join at all if you aren't going to be active. It sounds harsh, but I want to keep this roleplay active, so it's pretty important. You can also not have 2 special roles (Leader, Deputy, Healer, Healer Apprentice, etc...) in the same Pack. Mentors will be chosen by the leader of the Pack, but please check their age and personality first to make sure their mentor is the best for them.

Name (This is a two-part warrior name or a loner/rogue name)
Gender (She-wolf or dog. A she-wolf is a female and a dog is a male)
Age (In moons. Please do it compared to a cat's lifespan, it'll be very confusing if you do it compared to a wolf's lifespan. Refer to the age chart if you aren't sure)
Sexuality (or romantic orientation)
Pack (Storm Pack, Crux Pack, Cloud Pack, Lunar Pack, loner, or other rogue. Lunar pack usually doesn't have clan/pack names and cloud pack is usually calm and pacifistic)
Rank (Leader (closed, but you can volunteer for leader), deputy, healer, healer apprentice, warrior, apprentice, queen, pup, or elder; if elder say if they used to be a warrior, a healer, or other; if queen say how many days she is into queening or if she has pups)
Species (This is optional)
Appearance (Contains the fur color, eye color, body shape, markings, and fur length/texture. Can contain more, such as scars, too. Avoid using the words "beautiful," "handsome," "attractive," or anything similar, and if you do just include the traits that make them attractive (soft fur, strong, lithe, etc))
Personality (Please put effort into this, as it's pretty important. Also avoid listing it, and instead try describing them. Also, make sure to include plent of flaws too. Please, please don't put "a lot of dogs/she-wolves like them" because I just... really don't like that trait. Also for flaws don't just put flaws like "oblivious" or "anxious" that don't really affect others directly. I consider flaws to be thinks like "short-tempered," "holds grudges," "annoying," "depends on others far too much")

(You can use Star- as a prefix, but not Moon-. You CAN'T have -moon as a suffix unless you're a leader.)

Eventually I might also include some other animals, like hyenas, foxes, vultures, and some others (only active people would be able to have these), but for now it's just wolves. I will be adjusting the size of the clans so I might have to change the rank of some characters if this rp gets full enough. 

There's kind of a theme of the roleplay of being worried about the future, though you don't have to include this theme in your character if you don't want to. 

I also might end up adding powers to the roleplay (everyone would have powers with varying strengths, and all very intricate and not just simple elements like "water powers" or "fire powers") Very few wolves wouldn't have powers. I might not end up adding this though.
