Lydon's POV
"Lydon, wake up."
"Lydon."
"Lydon, come on, wake up."
I wake up to the most annoying alarm clock known to man, Hunter West. You see, unlike the alarms on your phone, or actual alarm clocks, or moms, he won't go away until your up. Basically, he doesn't have a snooze button.
"Go away," I tell him, shooing him with my hand.
"But it's time for our adventure!" He whispers shouts so he won't wake up my parents.
"Fine," I give in and get dressed in the bathroom in a hoodie and leggings. I put on my shoes and climb out my window following Hunter to his car. "What we doing tonight?" I ask.
"Well first, we are going to QT to get a few things, then we are going to Star Field," He answers. Star Field is a clearing in the woods we found last year while wondering the woods. We named it Star Field because you can always see stars. the only problem is we can only be there for an hour because we decided that we will only be out for two hours every night, and it takes half an hour to get there and half an hour to get home.
We pull into QT's parking lot and go inside. We grab 6 packs of Oreo's, 4 sodas, 2 bags of chips, 8 candies, one bag of beef jerky, and 4 doughnuts. We pay for the items, by we I mean Hunter, and head to Star Field. On our way there, we eat some snacks, joke around, sang horribly to music (that was Hunter), and just acted weird, so we were ourselves.
When we get there we took the rest of our snacks and a blanket out of his truck and race to the field. When we get there, Hunter winning sadly, we pull out the blanket and lay down surrounded by stars and snacks.
"It's so peaceful out here," I say. "Imagine living here, in the quietness, surrounded by nature and stars. That's a life I want to live."
"Well then," Hunt starts, "one day, I will build you a house. It will be right were we are laying. It will have everything you want in it. Ask and it shall be yours. Then, we can have our kids and grow old in the house."
"I would like that," I say. "But the part where we are together, never gonna happen."
"Hey, a guy could dream." He jokes.
"Yep, but some dreams are meant to stay dreams," I tell him.
"Yeah, but you never know. Some dreams are meant to come true." He responds.
"Life's not a Disney movie, Hunt."
"Aw, come on! I was really hoping to be your Prince Charming!" He says chuckling.
"You may be charming," I tell him, momentarily boosting his already too big of an ego, "But, you, Hunter West, are no Prince. You're more like the villain." I tell him.
He puts a hand on his chest, feigning hurt. "How could you! I guess I'm just gonna have to change your mind," he says with a mischevious smile.
"No! Don't you da-" I'm cut off by Hunter tickling me causing me to shriek like a pig.
"Say It!" He says with a smile on his face.
"Say what?!" I ask between my shrieks and laughter.
"That I'm a Prince Charming!" He insists.
"Fine!" I shout. I sit there panting for a moment catching my breath. I sit up onto my knees getting ready to run. "Hunter Lane West, you are the best fit for the role of the Evil Queen," I say as I stand up.
"See that wasn't so- wait, what?" He says. but when he realizes what I said I am already running from him. "Get back here you little Boob!" He shouts at me.
