Shailene ran down the road leading to the runway, hoping, if possible, to catch the man of her dreams, the one whom have given her so much. As she ran down the road with all the strength and determination left in her, the car continues to accelarate, leaving a signifciant distance between them. The car came to a slow down at a red junction, feeling determined, Shailene picked up her pace. Not noticing the slight uneveness of the road, Shailene tripped and landed face first onto the road, the pain jolting through her right ankle. She tried to pick herself up, but the light at the junction turned green and the car continued to roll on. The pain in her ankle had paralysed her, but the ache in her heart of never seeing him again is killing her. As the car slowly disappeared out of sight, Shailene lie motionlessly on the ground, looking at the blue skies as the tears roll on
"Theo..." she whispered.
