A Seasonal Reminder

I always believe
That you were my one and only
Yet here I am, mourning
For the time has come that you were taken away

Every spring, flowers bloom
The ones you love, the ones you cherish
For a season filled with your love
It never gets old

Summer is here, the heat is getting dangerous
But we stay indoors, doing what we love
When I'm with you
I never get bored of you

Autumn comes by, leaves everywhere
We are always outside, burying ourselves with leaves
Yet you're still here
Happy as ever

Finally winter rolls around, snowing
We usually go ice skating in the cold
But your smile
Always brings warmth to my heart

But, it  happened all too quickly
You were taken away from me
Yet, I will remember you
I will never let my seasonal reminder go

So a friend of mine requested that I should make a poem about the four seasons, but I decided to spice it up a bit and make a bit related to someone who lost their loved one

Hope you enjoy!
