ALFIES POV

It has been around 10 years since I moved to this beautiful place. Yet still I miss home so much, especially all the amazing people there. My accent is still British with the slight hint of kiwi, and I have made lots of friends here aswell; I've learnt to surf and swim and run for miles on end without a worry in the world, things I wouldn't be able to have learnt by the seaside back in Brighton. It was an amazing opportunity moving here but I do miss the millions of cups of tea and rainy nights with the telly on, all snuggled up under a fluffy blanket. Luckily, I'm moving back in a few weeks.

I've created a youtube channel while I have lived here, which is named 'PointlessBlog', as pretty much every video I make is pointless. Several thousand people have clicked my 'subscribe' button and I am enjoying making my videos a lot!

I lazily scroll down my suggestions and come across a stunning girl with sapphire blue eyes and ombré brown hair. She is somehow familiar, but I don't know how? Not thinking much of it I click on the thumbnail and wait for it to load.

Wait... Zoella?

Zoe... Zoe Sugg... my childhood best friend? Her small face starts to bring back memories from over a decade ago... it all comes clear. That is definitely her! I quickly scroll down to the comments box and type in a message explaining who I was and reminding her of our past. Once it had posted I grin to myself and fetch a snack from the kitchen.

ZOES POV

I relax into the chair behind my desk and open my laptop, tap in the password and open up youtube. I check the comments and come across a familiar face - well, from the profile picture. My eyes scan the comment as I re-read it over and over again.

Alfie Deyes. It can't be... It just can't.

I reply to the comment and inbox him, giving him my phone number and email address. He's moving back to Brighton soon.

I can't wait to see him.
