It's been about a week since Brendon and Jon came to the lake for the first time. When I went outside this morning, I saw a large U-Haul van parked outside of the Wentz's old house, they had just moved out in the spring. I wondered who would be moving in there. I saw Spencer with a sofa chair on one end and on the other, Brendon.

Well, Brendon Urie is moving in next door to me.
I guess Jon would be moving into the house down the street, then.
I saw Spencer make eye contact with me, as he waved for me to come over and help. I slowly walked over there and looked for something small to carry because my noodle arms can't do much. I settled on a wooden dining room chair as I walked in the front door. The house was a lot nicer than mine, with hardwood floors throughout the kitchen instead of my checkered tile.

"Hey." I twirled around to come face to face with Brendon. God, his eyes. Just looking at him made me flustered.

"Hi.." I said sheepishly.

"How are you?"

"Good. Uhm, bye, gotta go water my dog." I said as I scurried off and Brendon had a confused look on his face. Real Smooth Ross, like butter. I facepalmed.

I walked into the small coffee shop to get my usual latte to go, as the bell rang when the door opened, I heard a familiar cheery voice.

"Can I have a small mocha frappe please? Extra whipped cream."
As he turned around from finished his order, his sparkling eyes met mine.

"Oh, hey!"

"Hi. Again."

"I thought you had to water your dog?" He said with a chuckle.

I facepalmed. I'm such an embarrassment. Apparently I said that out loud, because I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Oh Ryan, no you're not, I actually thought that was funny."

"R-Really? You don't think I'm strange or anything?"

"Oh of course not! I mean I I do stranger things."

He waited for me to order my coffee then we talked a little about things before going home. He insisted on driving me home instead of me walking.

"So, Do you have a license?"

"No actually."

"Why not? You're 17, almost 18, you should have it."

"Trust me , you should not let me drive a vehicle of any kind."

"You know what? How about I teach you?"

"Uhm... i don't know. What if someone sees?"

"Come on! It'll be fine! Plus, when you do take take the test, whenever that is, you'll be prepared.

"Brendon, I'm not sure." I mumbled quietly.

"Pleasee?" He grabbed my hands and gave me a pouty face. A rush of electricity jolted through me at the contact and I couldn't say no to those puppy dog eyes. I rolled my eyes before giving in.

"Fine." I sighed while a light blush creeped over my face. "But if your car gets ruined, it's your fault."

We switched places form the passenger seat to the driver seat.

"Alright, So put your hands on the steering wheel and press your foot slightly on the smaller pedal. Put your foot on the bigger pedal to stop."

I pressed my foot a little too much on the pedal and we jolted forward.
