"No, don't take this the wrong way V I do love you but I don't want us to go out then if something happens and we break up causing me not just to loose my boyfriend but also my bestfriend,I looked up into his glossy hazel eyes. He looked hurt, that wasn't my purpose , I was trying to save our friendship. He looked down then back up at me "I understand, I'll wait until your ready but just know, I only love you .. Jade California Jewel." My cheeks instantly went red and my eyes stayed glossy, I reached over & kissed his cheek & said " I love you too Vasuani Chestnut".We ate our food and then headed back to school ,the ride back was really awkward,I couldn't wait to get back to lessons.

Back in school I had volleyball and vasuani had basketball, thank god we weren't together because he's been acting weird since his lil confession session. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid ,I guess I couldn't win with either of my decisions. before departing to go our separate ways V hugged me and said "Bye Jade" he never called me Jade now I definantly knew something was wrong,I replied "Bye V" but before he turned to leave I asked "V are we okay" he nodded his head and replied "Jade were all good" I could tell he was lying because whenever V lied to me he never looked me in my eyes,I decided to leave him and not pressure him,I'm sure he'll be fine later on.

VASUANI POV

Damn I couldn't focus in basketball today Cali messed up my mood,i know I told her that I'm all good but man a nigga aint straight.I think she knows I'm not too happy with her a decision because I slipped up and called her Jade ,I never call her jade,never."Chestnut,Chestnut wake up,why you slouching around today,if you don't fix up,your gonna be benched for the upcoming game" shouted my couch."My bad coach it won't happen again"I replied. I pushed Cali to the back of my head and focused on my game.

An hour late basketball was over and a nigga was feeling much better.On my way out the changing room I bumped into a fine brown skinned girl"my bad ma didn't see you there"I said "its okay,I wasn't looking where I was going either" she looked up and I saw how beautiful she was,she had brown eyes ,her hair was massive and curly, I didn't know if it was real or not but all I know is her body was hella sexy."Wwell okay then,I'm still sorry though my names Vasuani, VAS-WA-NI" she replied "okay VAS-WA-NI ,I'm Taylor TAY-LOR"she made me smile with the way she sounded it out "so Taylor want me to walk you home seen as were both heading out" "errm sure but who said I walk home""I dunno are you?" "nahh I drive,but want me to drop you home""errm sure don't mind ill direct you" I followed her out to her car it wasn't as nice as cali but it suited her,it was a nice lil mini cooper. Oh shit Cali we was meant to go home together,oh well ill just text her that I've left already."Vasuani what way do I turn to go to your damnm house,what's the point of you in the passenger side if you won't instruct me." Shouted taylor "Calm down tay- tay,and you gotta turn right then keep going straight then turn off at the second left" she thinks I'm directing her to my house but nahhh its directions to the local park."Alright"

10mins later

"Vasuani this aint your house,did I go the wrong way I swear you said go straight turn right go straight then second left""yh I did""then how comes where at the park? Do you live in the park"I laughed at that last comment "why would I live in the park you bimbo" "I dunno I asked for directions to your house and you gave me directions to the park what else should I assume" "errm maybe that I wanted us to go to the park before we went to my house""ohhhhh,my bad"she looked embarassed I could see because she kept hiding her face,"noo need to be embarrassed tay-tay its alright I found it quite funny,sooo you wanna have a walk around the park and if you still want we can go back to mines later on is that alright"

JADE POV

School ended and I've been waiting in the car park for a good 10mins ,still no sign of V,I know he's slow and what not but 10 minutes that's piss take,ima call this big head and see where he is. I've been ringing his phone for the last 5min ,it just keeps ringing out,that's so unlike V, he always,always answers me on the first ring. Ima just go home and try him again later.
