Since class didn't start for another half hour, Chris continued kissing me, ignoring the fact that every now and then a student would walk by and stare. I felt butterflies in my stomach every time I remembered that Chris was showing me affection in a public place, and not caring who saw it. It showed me that he really did love me, for a change. And he wasn't kissing me roughly like he sometimes did. He was kissing me gently yet passionately, but there was only so much we could do in the hallway. A few moments later we were in the storage closet, making out feverishly and tearing at each other's clothes. Both of our shirts were on the floor, and he was working on unclasping my bra before I put a hand on his chest, my breath coming in heavy pants as I pulled away and stopped him.
"W-we should stop before it gets out of hand," I said, trying unsuccessfully to catch my breath. Chris smiled, his lips on my neck as he kissed and sucked on it.
"Why? I kinda like letting things get out of hand," he whispered seductively, his hands running up and down the skin of my bare waist, causing goosebumps to pop up wherever his hands touched. I blushed, placing a finger to his lips so he would stop teasing me.
"I need to know some things first..." I whispered softly, staring into his eyes.
"Like what?" He asked, holding me closely to his chest as his expression turned serious.
"Are we...together now?" I asked, hoping with every part of me that he would say yes.
"Well...do you want to be together?" He replied, a crooked smile on his face as he stared at me. My eyes widened, and I was throwing my arms around him before I even began to speak.
"Yes!" I said in a breathless voice, clutching his body tightly as he chuckled and held me in his arms.
"I love you Madison," he mumbled against my skin, placing light kisses on my collarbone.
"I love you too," I replied with a smile. Suddenly, the bell rang, and I realized we were late.
"Come on, let's get to class," I said, quickly dressing and grabbing his hand as we exited the closet.

It felt so much better going through the school day with Chris by my side. I was used to him being the dangerous yet attractive person I couldn't keep my eyes off of, but now he was officially mine, and he wouldn't hurt me anymore like he had been doing since the ninth grade. Some people stared, as they did the first day that Chris and I had been around each other, but at this point no one verbally questioned it.
It felt odd to consider Chris my boyfriend; I guess he technically was now, but I didn't know how to feel exactly. I had never had a boyfriend before, and I knew I should probably introduce him to my parents sooner or later, if we got that serious. But my parents and Chris hadn't met on good terms, so I could only hope that by the time I got arounded to introducing him as my boyfriend, my parents would have forgotten about him altogether. It was a long shot, but it's all I could hope for.
"Hey baby," Chris' husky voice said behind me as he wrapped his arms around me, his lips touching my ear. I blushed and turned around in his arms, kissing him softly. I had been standing in the hallway outside of Chris' first period class, waiting for him to exit the room. I was on my phone, so I didn't notice his precense until he hugged me.
"Hey," I said with a smile when we pulled apart. He took my hand and we began walking to biology, slower than usual so we could talk.
"So what about your parents?" I asked absentmindedly. We had been discussing my parents for the past few minutes, since he was worried about the impression he had made on them.
