It's been a few weeks since meeting up with Caitlin and working with the horses together. I was still in contact with Rye and the guys. I would lie if I said I didn't miss them.
I was hanging out with Shawn and his Magcon friends at Cameron's house, it was mid summer so it was pretty hot, but today was also my 25 birthday.
"Can I have everyone's attention!" Cameron shouted. "So we all know the real reason why we're all together here today, to celebrate my best friend's birthday, Evie, ever since you came here 4 years ago, you changed each and every ones lifes for the good. You were there for Sammy and Jack when they both had a breakup, you helped me with Capri when I had to babysit her for the first time, but you also were there for Shawn through his toughest times. The point is, you make us look like bad friends to each other, but most of all, you're like a baby sister to me. We can all thank our stars for having you in our life." he says. I teared up and he hugged me.
"Okay so I'm pretty sure out of all the guys its only Shawn that really knows how we came across you and sorry to say but I'm about to tell it, because these bitches owes me for knowing you including you Mendes!" Taylor said. I giggled and give him a side hug knowing the story.
"So I would admit when I first met her, I was flirting with her. Anyway, I was walking around LA when I saw her and she seemed like she looked lost, so I decided to go talk to her maybe help her even when in my mind I was thinking, shit, this girl is hot!" Taylor started. "Hey watch it, she's mine." Shawn said jokingly.
"I asked her if she needed some help and when she told me she just moved here from England and she's looking for a place to stay, I thought immediately of Shawn, even though for the first month she still stayed in a hotel. We managed to get her to move in with Shawn. We still didn't know too much of her yet, but then one day she asked us to take her to the nearby stable yard. We did and she took us to this massive black horse. She told us everything and that's when we knew, she's a fragile one and would need all the support and love she could get. So I called Cameron and told him to get the guys and meet us at Shawn's place. Even though Shawn were the lucky one to get to call you his girl, we all still love you and we've told you this before and I'm telling you again, if anyone hurts you or even tries and this includes Mendes, they need to know you have an entire family right behind you, who will kick their ass."
After we all talked and joked around we decided to go down to the beach. I went to the bathroom and changed into my bikini and one of Shawn's shirts over it with some sandals.

I met the guys downstairs and we head to the beach. I take the shirt off and my sandals and sit on my towel. Shawn looked at me almost shocked. "What?" I asked. "I knew you were sexy and all that shiz, but damn girl, you got me speechless." he says. I giggle and give him a kiss. "I love you babygirl. Always." he says smiling at me.
