——————————————————
Tony Stark, a selfish, genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, also know as Iron Man but, to me he's dad. Alexa Brooks, a thirty year old journalist, who worked at the Daily Beagle, she was at one of Tony's parties and one drink led to another and they hit it off. Tony could never really commit to someone until he met Alexa she was different from the previous women Tony dated, she was kind, sweet, sarcastic, and smart as a whip, she made him want to become a better person. She knew her life would change after dating Tony, although she was already a well known reporter, she wasn't used to the being in the spotlight, paparazzi would always try to get a picture or interview but, Tony would always protect her if things got out of hand. One thing Tony didn't know about Alexa was that she had powers, she could fly, teleport to other dimensions, shoot lasers and had this cosmic staff that could manipulate energy her hero name was Galexia. He was confused and scared, but he never left her side. Growing up Alexa rarely used her powers, she thought they were strange and abnormal, she closeted that part of herself until Tony became Iron Man. She finally felt normal and knew that she wasn't alone.

After two years of dating he asked the question, of course she said yes, their wedding was small and private, but romantic. A couple months later they were expecting me,  their daughter, (Yn) Maria Brooks Stark. Alexa and Tony tried to hide me from the world, instead of my last name being "Stark" it was "Brooks" they wanted me to have a normal life, after two months of having me we moved out of New York and to Malibu. The first six years of my life were pretty calm and normal like any other child, or at least I thought. I had always felt different from all the other kids like I was strange and unusual, like something was wrong with me.

The first time when I really felt pain was when I thought my father was dead, three months later he came back, but different, it's like he came back as a change man, mentally and physically. Mom said that it was gonna be okay and that he could fix it, it took me a while to get used to seeing my father with a hole  in his chest.

It wasn't soon after that when we were in the family room watching the news seeing a guy in a red and gold armor flying around the city, not too long after that I saw my father on the screen pronouncing he was Iron Man.

"Wh-what? You're what?" I asked my father dazed and confused.

"It'll all make sense when you're older, I promise." My father said with a calming smile.

Laying me back in my twin size bed in my small pink room.

"He's not the only one with a secret." My mother said walking into my room.

That night they told me stories as if they were fairytales.

"Well do I have powers?" I questioned them, looking at each other as if they were hiding something.

When I got older my parents were absent in my life, they were out saving the world and there I was at home with Pepper and Happy watching from the ground. When I was nine we moved back to New York and my father formed a team, the Avengers, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hulk, Hawkeye, Galexia, and Iron Man, they were the worlds mightiest  heroes, everyone loved them, it was fun living in Avengers tower I formed friendships that I'll never forget. Uncle Steve telling me his war stories, aunt Nat being a second mother, Bruce taught me all the science that I needed to know, Thor told me about the gods and goddesses I've always been interested in, and Clint that guy taught me to never miss a shot, everything was great until Loki came.

I remember everything about that day, Tony had me go out with Pepper spend quality time with her when I really knew it was just a distraction. I remember watching off from the ground and blue streak flying up to the sky to a giant wormhole, I already knew, Pepper knew, dad knew, even mom knew. Everything after that the world turned upside down, everyone thought Tony and I should've left New York and the Avengers, and we did, we all did, Happy, Pepper, Tony and I moved back to Malibu, Steve and Nat went to Washington, Thor back to Asgard, and Hawkeye back to his family. After mom died things weren't the easiest, dad I and both started having anxiety attacks, it got so bad for me I had to be pulled from regular school and become home schooled. Tony finally got the hole in his chest fixed, he said he was done with Iron Man, or at least I hoped. Two years later we went back to New York, I was upset, after all we've been through I thought we would never go back, but we did and we stayed.

And here we are now, with a bigger family, Nat wanted to be there for me and moved in, so did Steve and Bruce, Thor went back to Asgard and Clint had a family. As the years went by we had new members join our family, Sam and Bucky which are like my two uncles, and Wanda who's like a big sister to me.

And when I had though I had seen it all and been through everything was on my sixteenth birthday, June 1st, I found out that I myself have powers. I remember waking up that day feeling as normal as ever, at first it wasn't different from my other birthdays, I would have a birthday breakfast prepared by Steve then I would sit in the living room with my family and open presents, but this yea it was different. It was when my father stepped out the room and came back with a rectangular shaped box with gold wrapping paper and a red ribbon.

"Go ahead open it." My father said with a smile.

I carefully removed the ribbon and took off the wrapping paper opening the box lid and tossing the tissue paper to the side. I stare at it confused.

"Wh- what is it?"

"It was your mother's." Nat said comfortably.

"But why? Why now? How do I? I don't even have powers." I say.

"You do." My father says as if he regrets this.

"Nat can you take (Y/n) to the training room." My father says changing the subject.

"Come on we have some explaining to do." Nat says as leading me into the other room.

"So you're saying that I inherited my mothers powers...? And you're now just telling me this?"

"We would've told you sooner, but we just didn't feel the time was right. Besides that you have some training to do."

That whole afternoon we trained, and practice using my new found powers that I never knew I had. At first it was a lot to me, my father would tell me all the abilities my mother had and would I could do too if I learned to control my powers, it took me a while, but I eventually got the hang of it. That summer I spent every morning, evening, and night, acting as if I were an avenger. It was scary at first because I never knew I had all this control, all this power, my whole life I always knew I was different, knew something was wrong or off with me, and now I know.
