Harry's POV
I shot up in my bed. I ran over to Ron.
"Ron, wake up!" I hissed.
"What? It's like, 3:00 in the morning," he mumbled. I told him what happened with Anna.
"You were probably just having a nightmare," he said.
"No I wasn't, I know I wasn't! It was real!" I exclaimed.
"If you think it's real, go talk to Dumbledore, he would know what to do," Ron grumbled. I walked out the dorm and into Dumbledore's office. He was sitting at his desk.
"Ah, Harry. Is there something wrong?" He asked. I explained what happened.
"And I know it was real, I just know," I concluded. He just stayed quiet for a while, like he was trying to process everything.
"Do you know exactly where she was?" He asked.
"All I know is that she was in a dungeon. And there was someone named Wormtail involved, I'm guessing he was a servant of Voldemort," I explained.
"I think that Anna was trying to send you a warning,"
"What?"
"She created an empathy link," he explained.
"What's an empathy link?" (kind of like an empathy link in Percy Jackson, sorry, I didn't know what to call it...)
"It's where you can show someone where you are and what's happening. And you're the only one that can see and know the person is there,"
"But she was passed out when I first got there."
"She probably didn't even know she was doing it. And it's very rare for witches and wizards to have the powers to be able to do that,"
"What powers?" I asked eagerly, remembering Voldemort and Wormtail talking about her having special powers.
"I honestly don't know lots about it and even if I did, it wouldn't be in my place to tell you," he said and I groaned, I hated it when people didn't tell me things.
"Was there anyone else there besides Anna, Wormtail, and Voldemort?"
"Not that I saw, but we have to find her, before she..." I couldn't finish my sentence. I couldn't think about her dying.
"Many people have been looking for her-"
"Then why hasn't someone found her?" I asked frustrated, I didn't want to hear excuses.
"We've been doing everything we can-"
"WELL, YOU'RE NOT DOING ENOUGH!" I yelled and stormed out of his office.
"Harry, wait," he called after me, but I didn't go back. I went to the library, even though it was closed. I looked through all of the books for something about empathy links. I hoped I could try to get back to her and find out where she was. But, there was nothing.
"Harry, what are you doing down here so early?" Hermione asked behind me.
"Do you know anything about empathy links?" I asked.
"Not really, Why?" She asked and I told her everything. She just stared at me in shock.
"Was it really-"
"Yes, it was really happening, I just know it was," I cut her off.
"She wasn't...dead, was she?" She asked scardley.
"I...I don't know..." I said, trying to keep my voice steady, but failed. I could feel the tears coming to my eyes. Hermione came over and hugged me.
"Someone will find her, it's going to be okay," Hermione choked out, trying to reassure me. We just stayed there for a while, sobbing into each others shoulders, hoping that Anna wasn't dead.
