Actress Darcy Michaels will be joining the cast of the newest Captain America film. She will be playing her iconic role of Alice Daniels aka 'The Angel Solider. She will be joining with her fellow 'The first Avenger' cast mates, Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan.

We last see Michaels character in Captain America: The winter solider with Alice leaving Steve and Sam to find Bucky. As she leaves she tells them, she's got stuff she needs to figure out before she can help.

Marvel fans were bursting with curiosity after watching the film, taking to twitter and instagram, wanting to know where Alice was going. Michaels replied to a fan tweet asking "what's going on with Alice" saying "girls got issues".

There is rumoured speculation about Alice Daniels getting her own feature film in the MCU. If so she would be the first female Avenger to get a solo film.
