chapter 19

I squeal once we step out of the limo. "Was it necessary to bring a limo to the fair?" I question.

Denki shrugs, "they're the only cars we own if I'm being honest."

I nod and take his hand. "Come on!" I shreik and drag him along behind me.

He keeps up with my pace and catches up to my side. He pays to get in and we walk around.

"Any games you want to play?" Denki asks.

I nod my head, "I want to check out the arcade, I heard they have (favorite game)."

He nods and I drag him to the arcade. I groan after walking around and not seeing the game.

"Whyyyy?!" I whine.

Denki laughs, "let's find some rides."

I sigh and nod my head, "fine."

I grab Denki's hand and let him drag me this time. "What do you say about the drop off?" He says pointing at a ride.

It looked like it was at least 100 feet high. I watched as it reached the top, after 3 seconds it immediately dropped. The color from my face drains, "okay."

I sob while going up on the ride. Denki laughs at me being miserable and hold out his hand. "Baby your fine." He chuckles.

I continue crying, "I know."

I take his hand and squeeze it tightly, "once we get to the top it'll take 5 seconds to drop.

I nod my head. "Okay." I sob.

Once we get to the top I count down from 5. "5..  4.... 3.. AHH!" I scream.

It has dropped at 3 seconds. "You asshole!" I scream at Denki.

He laughs, "well if I told you the correct amount then it would ruin the fun."

I cry again, "I hate this!"

He brushes his thumb over the top of my hand. "Calm down, we can do whatever ride you want next." He says.

I nod my head and wipe away the tears with my free hand. "Roller coaster?" I ask.

I point to the roller coaster that went upside down and backwards. "You cant stand this but you want to go on that?!" Denki yells.

I laugh a little, "it looks like fun, oh- the ride is almost over."

I look down as we descend slowly. I let go of Denki's hand and fix my clothes. "Have a nice day Mr. Kaminari." One of the people say.

I stop outside of the gate, "who's that?"

Denki shrugs, "not sure but my family does know a lot of people."

He waves to the man and takes my hand. "If my mother saw you now..." Denki says.

I sigh, "I know, I'm not dressed 'appropriately' god that's annoying."

Denki laughs and begins to run, so I begin to run too.

Once we get into the line I groan, it should take about 10 minutes.

I look behind me and see a familiar face. "Y/N!" I hear Kirishima yell.

I saw him take his hand away from another person's hand. I look to his left and see Bakugo. "Hey Kiri! Hey Bakugo!" I yell back.

I have Denki hold our spot in line as I talk to Bakugo and Kiri.

"Why are you here?" Bakugo asks.

I smile and point back at Denki, "I came with him to stay with his family for a little, they're big rich so we get to do about anything."

Bakugo scoffs. "You always get what you want." He mumbles.

I immediately frown. "Well sorry, I'll just go then if I'm somehow pissing you off." I growl and begin to turn around.

Kiri puts a hand on my shoulder, "you should stay for a little, I have something to tell you too."

I smile, "okay."

He drags me out of hearing from Bakugo. "Is it about the hand thing?" I ask.

Kiri nods, "he didn't want to tell you but we're kind of going out I guess?"

I nod and smile. "Congratulations! But also, why is he suddenly in a bad mood?" I say.

He shrugs, "I'm not sure."

I sigh, "okay, well I begged get back to Denki. Have fun!"

I smile and leave. I wave bye to Kiri and Bakugo.

"After this you wanna go get something to eat?" Denki asks as I walk up to him.

I nod my head. "Yeah I'm hungry." I say.

Denki nods, "it should be us next."

I smile, "I cant wait!"

Once we got on I started to squeal. "I'm so excited for this!" I yell.

I hear Bakugo and Kiri laugh behind us, "you've always liked shit like this."

I look back and smile. "I'm assuming your in a better mood?" I ask Bakugo.

He scoffs and looks away. Kiri smiles at me, "yeah a little."

I laugh, "alright... oh shit I gotta secure my phone."

I make sure my phone is in my pocket before the ride starts moving. I hold Denki's hand and lean on him. It was boring so far. "Just wait till we go upside down." Denki laughs.

I smile, "you're the one that didn't sound too happy with this ride so dont even start."

"Y/n?" Bakugo says.

I glance back. "Yeah?" I ask.

"How long have you known?" He glances down at his hand, he was holding Kirishimas hand.

I shrug, "not long, someone brought the idea up a little big ago."

He sighs and nods, "ok."

I smile and look forward again. We started to turn upside down. "Hold on!" Denki yells.

I laugh and hold onto the side.

Once we got off the ride, I jump. "I wanna do it again!" I shreik.

Denki wobbles behind me, "yeah sure, anything for you babe..."

I smile and wait for him to catch up. "I'm just kidding, food?" I ask.

His eyes widen and he runs to a trash bin. "Yeah!" He yells from the bin.

I wait for him to finish his moment. "Okay I think I'm ready now." He says standing straight.

I smile and walk with him to a food vendor, "cheesy fries?"

He smiles, "oh god yes, those things are good."

I laugh and order, Denki pays like usual. I hated him paying for everything.

We ate and went on a few more rides before calling the car and going home.

I sigh and take my sweatshirt off, "today was really fun, thank you Denki!"

Denki walks over to me and hugs me. "No problem, we're going back to the dorms in a few days." He says.

I hug him back and kiss him, "atleast I got a week or so here!"

He smiles, "I'm glad you like it here."

I nod and smile too.
