I'm just going to be leaving an explanation for this story in case anyone is confused or upset.
Important Pointers;

1.Qrow being Ruby's actual biological father:
I understand this is a very popular theory in the RWBY fandom, if not one of the most popular theories there is in that said fandom. So, this, along with my RWBY:Roses Reunited story, is pretty much my spin on this theory. I personally believe that, if done right, it could become a pretty decent game changer to the RWBY series as a whole, that is if it is true. In this version of the RWBY universe, Qrow doesn't have a bad luck semblance but that theme of him being a living, breathing "curse" is more metaphorical then literal. Along with the bad things that have happened in Qrow's life, mostly involving the loss of many people, most notably his sister Raven abandoning him and Summer supposedly dying, and his inner doubts about himself involved with raising a kid, you could tell right off the bat that the man was just trying to shield his daughter from his difficult life of a huntsman, but mostly from falling victim to his "curse". Though, in mostly everyone's opinion, it's not a wise choice to lie to your daughter for all of her life, make her believe she's someone else's kid, force that said person to raise your kid even though that person is dealing with a lot, and then force yourself to tell her the truth once she starts figuring out dark things your spouse did as well learn about the history you guys had.

2.Ruby's, and everyone else's, reaction to all this:
Picture this. You're living a pretty tough life with your dad spending his days grieving the death of your mom, leaving your older sister to be the one to have to care for you. You've may have experienced some bullying, so you used the world of fantasy to escape the harsh reality you were living. You've also had a dream of getting into a great school as well as living up to the legacy of your mom whom you've heard many great things about. One day, your far from perfect uncle takes you and your sister in after your dad can't take care of you anymore. Then, you live with him for a while where he made some mistakes, mainly one that nearly got the two of you killed. Once your at your dream school that you've longed to get into for most, if not all, of you life, your life gets a huge improvement, as well as for your friends that you've made before and after getting into that dream school. One day, you discover not so great things about your mom involving some questionable choices she's made as well as history she's had with your uncle. Then, it all comes out. Your uncle is actually your dad, making your sister actually your cousin and your father actually your pseudo uncle. Imagine how you would feel? Would you be feeling like your world shattered all around you? Like, your entire life was a lie? That's exactly what Ruby's feeling right now. She feels angry, hurt, and a bit unwanted regarding the news considering the fact that her father basically ditched her. However, because she looked up to Qrow due to the fact he was her teacher and mentor, as well as the fact that she and Yang were taken in by him after Tai was unable to care for them, a part of her still feels indebted to him. However, she does unleash her anger at Qrow when she gets pushed to that point, along with everyone else. In regards to Ozpin, Beacon's headmaster is clearly disappointed in his former student for abandoning his daughter for his own selfish grief. He did become aware of the news earlier but wanted Qrow to own up to his mistakes and tell her the truth. However, when he saw that he didn't, Ozpin was prepared to do so but Ruby, in her own way, figured it out while team RWBY was on their nightly crime fighting escapades. Team RWBY's main focus, along with Oobleck, was to make sure Ruby's mental state doesn't go haywire but were still angry at Qrow none the less.

With that said, I hope this clears up some things for you guys. Have An Awesome Day!
