Chapter 6 - Karma's a B*tch

We were all worried about Ash and Rob, especially Shania. It was pretty obvious from Mrs.Simmermont's description, but of course, when you worry, you go bananas.

Speaking of bananas, I realized I was starving, so I called up Pizza Hut and ordered some pizza. What was strange though, however, is that they didn't ask me about the address.

It was about time I realized that they delivered it to the project, which probably made Aunt Mariella realize I wasn't home, and also made her realize that coming to the hospital, and eating all my pizza was a good enough punishment.

I told you the woman was always one step ahead of me.

"Aunt Mariella, can't I atleast have one teeny tiny bite?" I asked, nearly begging.

"Karma's a bitch." She stated with pizza in her mouth.

"Mikayla, you look tired." Mia said.

"That's because I am tired." Mikayla yawned.

Jace got up, "I'm going to the cafeteria, would anyone like to come? I don't get shit." He warned.

That's his nature, deal with it. Breathe in, breathe out.

"I'll come." I stated. Cameron looked at me with a what-the-fuck-are-you-doing look, before keeping his gaze on me.

"I'll come too." He said. Jace nodded, and gestured for us to follow him.

We were walking normally until we bumped into something.

"Sorry, we didn't mean to run into you." The ginger-head said, looking up.

Cameron and I looked closely, to find this person to be Rob.

"Rob?!" Cameron and I shouted in shock.

"Yeah, hi." He laughed nervously.

"What happened? Where's Ash?" Cameron asked.

"Cafeteria, why?"

"Shania was worried as fuck, she nearly passed out!" I exclaimed.

"Gabriella, you do know that they had a thing for each-other for a while now, right?"

"No, you fucking idiot, I only met you guys like, one or two days ago."

"Right, right."

"Can we move along already? I'm not going to wait in line for a fucking coffee."

Let It Go, Let It Go... Don't even go right there.. Let It Go, Let It Go, don't fight him beware... Here you stand, and hell you might be crushed, so don't even think about it.

I sighed, "We'll see you around, Rob." I stated before walking away with Jace and Cameron.

We finally got to the Cafeteria, which reeked of bug spray, which I accidentally sniffed.

"What the heck, Gabriella?! It's fucking bug spray, you're bound to cough!" Cameron yelled, stating the damn obvious.

"Why the fuck are you all spraying bug spray?!" Jace yelled at the employees.

A cashier came by, muttering an apology and handing us masks, which we all put on before taking a seat.

"Your meal's on the house, so, what would you all like?" The cashier asked.

"Do you guys have cinnamon rolls?" I asked, he just nodded.

"Okay, I'll have cinnamon rolls, and some water. Guys?"
