'There are people who say I don't have a heart.'
Chapter 1: the interview
Andy's point of view
Today is the day my best friend and roommate has his interview with this big CEO of one of the biggest music industries. But today is also the day he's stuck in bed with the flu. Brooklyn Wyatt is his name or Brook how he likes to be called. He's been begging me to do the interview for our school's news paper. Begging so hard that I said yes to it.
"Here you have a paper with all the questions and a mini recorder to record the interview." Brook said as he gave me everything I needed.
"Thanks." I said unsure as I have no idea who the man is that I'm doing an interview with.
"Now go before you're too late." Brook said pushing me out of our small flat. I still have to drive all the way to London from Brighton so I had a whole car journey ahead of me.
I finally arrived after a good few hours because of some traffic but I was still on time. I walked inside the big fancy building and went to the lady behind the desk. She had black hear and dark eyes, all dressed up looking absolutly gorgeous.
"I'm here for an interview with Mr. Beaumont." I told the lady.
"Oh right." She said looking up at me. "Brooklyn Wyatt right?"
"Well not really." I said. "He's sick but I'm his friend, I came here to do it for him."
"And your name is?" She asks.
"Andy Fowler." I told her.
"All right." She said as she gave me a badge to enter the building, it said 'visitor'. "Go to the last elevator on your right and go up to the twentieths floor."
"Thank you." I said before I left to the direction she told me. I got into the elevator up to the highest floor. As the door opened I looked around. It was also all white and fancy. Another lady with dark hair and well dressed greeted me.
"Hello darling, can I take your jacket?" She asks and I gave her my leather jacket. I wish I had dressed better than just a pair of jeans, shirt and a leather jacket. "You can take a seat, Mr. Beaumont will see you soon."
I took a seat as I waited. I start to became more nervous as I have no idea who this mr. Beaumont is. Is he an old man or is he young? Is he good looking? Is he friendly or just an angry business man?
"So golf this weekend Ryan?" A man said who just came out an office. I didn't hear the respons to it before the man walked of, giving me a dirty look. Jup I'm under dressed and I now feel bad about my clothing choice.
"Mr. Beaumont will see you now." The lady behind the dask said. I got up and walked to the office right infront of me. "You don't have to knock, just go in."
I opened the big door just to stumble inside falling over my own feet, head first into the office. Well that's an entre? I was on my hands and knees as I felt two hands helping me up. I looked up at the person infront of me. Wow. He's young.
"Take a seat." He pointed to the big white sofa in the corner. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine thank you." I said as I sat down and he sat down on the chair infront of me.
"So Mr. Wyatt." He said.
"Well Brook, Ehm Brooklyn can't be here today, he's sick so he sended me to do the interview." I told him. "I'm Andy, Andy Fowler."
"Well let's start the interview than Mr. Fowler." He smirked.
I took the paper with the questions and the little recorder out my bag placing it on the table infront of me, struggling with it but I managed to put it up. I was so nervous and shaking, I must look like an idiot.
