Chapter 3- A New Friend?

God's POV

Izuku has been hanging out with a purple haired boy for a few days after he got Kouki. This boy happens to go to the same school as him but was in a different class. They saw each other at the park one day and Kouki went to play with the boy's cat. On their way to the park Izuku thinks about how they met.

Flashback

"Hay Kouki you ready to go play" Izuku asked while trying to reach for the leash. "MOM WE'RE READY TO GO. BUT I CAN'T REACH THE LEASH." Izuku yelled across the house to where his mom was in her room. " OK HONEY I'LL BE LIT IN A SECOND TO HELP YOU." His mom yelled back while putting on her shoes. His mom walked in and grabbed the leash and hooked it onto Kouki's leash. "Are you ready sweetie?" asked mom. "YES MOMMY. I can't wait to play with Kouki at the park!" said Izuku bouncing. "Bark!" Said Kouki with his own doggy input. "Well let's get going." said his mom.

Izuku's POV

While me a Kouki ran out of the car to the slide I bumped into a kid and tensed up hoping it wasn't Kacchan it one of his friends. "S-sorry I d-didn't mean to b-bump into y-you." "It's ok," said the kid in front of me. Their response lessened my fear and I looked up to see a purple haired kid who looked like they need a nap. "Are you s-sure?" I asked with still a bit of fear. Kacchan could of met this kid and he could be one of his new 'buddies'. I start to panic but then Kouki pulls on the leash to get to the slide. "S-sorry again. I have to go." I say practically sprinting after Kouki. "Bark , bark bork" says Kouki as we pass the slide. "What....you saw a cat?" I question wondering how I know what he said. How did I know this...well I think I saw a cat too so that could be why I know what he could be barking at. Yea I don't know what a dog says. When we reach some benches we see the same purple haired boy and his cat that is a fluffy black maine coin. "Hay Kouki you can't just walk up to someone's pet?" I said scolding him. *whimpers* "Ok Kouki just don't do it again ok." I say feeling bad for getting angry at him. "It's ok Haru actually likes dogs." Says the purpled haired kid. "W-well how about we let them play then." I say kind of nervous. I wonder could we be friends..wait he would never want to be friends with a quirkless kid like me. Then the kid speaks jolting me out of my thoughts. "Sure. Oh, by the way, my name is Shinso Hitoshi. What's yours?" "O-oh yea my name is I-Izuku Midoriya." I said. S-should I ask him to be friends..I-I'm gonna do it. "H-hay do you want to be f-friends?" I ask wincing before he could respond. "You don't have to look so scared of my response. Of course we can be friends." Shinso said in response giggling a bit. "S-sorry I'm not use to people wanting to talk to me." I say blushing in embarrassment and rubbing my neck. "Why is that?" Shinso asked looking concerned. "W-well...What if he doesn't want to be my friend after this oh no no no most people don't...like me..because...b-because I'm quirkless." I say flinching at the end of my sentence while mumbling the last part. "Because of what? I couldn't hear you. Shinso says."I said...I'm quirkless" I say starting to shrink into myself."It's ok Midoriya...it doesn't matter that you don't have a quirk...I will always be your friend. Most people don't like me for my quirk...they say it's...villanus." Shinso says with it being his turn to look nervous. "What all quirks are cool what is your quirk." I say with sparkinging eyes. "It's nothing special...I can..control people when they respond to one of my questions." Shinso says. "THAT'S AMAZING...I wish I had a cool quirk like that." I say bouncing. "T-thanks...well...we can be friends no matter what right?" Shinso asks. "Of course....b-but...Kacchan might not like that...that is..if you go to Lagos Elementary " I say nervous about losing the first person who has been nice to me since Kacchan became mean. "I go there but I'm in Mr.Blake's class. Whose class are u and 'Kacchan' in?" Shinso ask concerned. I'm in Mrs.Phillip's with Kacchan and his friends." I say to Shinso. "Hay do you want to go play on the swings." I ask trying to change the subject and hoping he would say yes. "Sure..but where are Kouki and Haru going to play?" Shinso ask. "How about in the sand pit....it's not to far from the swings?" I ask looking at the two pets getting along. "Yea lets go tell our moms." He says. "Ok meet you at the pit." I say. "Mom I'm going to let Kouki play with my new friends pet cat at the sandpit." I tell mom. "Ok sweetie just make sure he doesn't go to far." Mom says ima warning tone. " I won't. Bye mom." I say running towards the pit to meet Shinso and Haru. "Hay Shinso...can I give you a nickname?" I ask. "Sure what do you have in mind." He asks. "How about Shin-Chan or Hoshi?" I ask. "Hm I don't know? He says thinking. "How about Shin-Chan ." He said. "Ok I will now call you Shin-Chan." I say triumphantly. "Hay lets play Izu." Shin-Chan casually says. "W-what I-izu..waif you mean m-me?" I say embarrassed and confused. "Yes you izu now push me on the swings please." Shin-Chan asks in a whiny voice. " ok fine." I chuckle while going to push him.

God's POV

They played for the next couple of hours till Izuku's mom called him telling him it was time to go home.

Flashback over

Wow that took way to long

Izuku's POV

"Hay Shin-Chan how have you and Haru been?" I ask slightly jogging to him. "We've been good Izu..what about u and Kouki..has he eaten you All Might slippers up yet?" He asked with a cheeky smile on his face. "No not yet but he almost did."I say looking worried for my new slippers. All of a sudden Kouki's leash broke free from my grip and he ran up to this boy with 2 colored hair and eyes. Kouki jumped onto him almost toppling him over. "KOUKI DOWN NOW!" I almost growl at him as I run up to the poor boy he jumped on. "Kouki you cant jump on people you might hurt them." I say scolding him as he whimpers. "Now say your sorry Kouki." I tell him as Kouki barks. "Bark Bark(im sorry dude I don't want I hurt you)" he says while looking down a bit still after my scolding. "Oh it's ok I actually saw that dog last week when I was at the park and we played. It must still remember me." The boy says while petting Kouki. "Oh ok..w-well I'm still s-sorry for Kouki jumping on you." "It's ok. Hay I was wondering...

And that's the end of the chapter...haha two cliffhangers in a row. More likely than you think. Also I'll start posting on Saturday because school is starting. The next post will be next Saturday on the 17th so I hope this suffice for now. Welp time to write the next chapter.
