"Wakeup Violet!" My mom yelled just as she opened the door.
My head was aching. Actually my whole body was aching. I did not wanna get up. I could barley even open my eyes. They felt as if they were stuck together. I let out a loud groan.
"Come on, you need to take the medication the doctor prescribed you." She said.
"Do I have too.... what happened yesterday?" I sat up in my bed trying to adjust my eyes.
"You don't remember?? Well let me just tell you, you were drunk."
"I was?.....Oh my god I was." I said regaining my memory. I put my hands over my face remembering everything that happened. I literally embarrassed myself.
"You were and now your grounded for this whole year. Honestly what's the point of grounding you when you do what you want to!" She yelled.
I didn't say anything. I can't believe Demilio saw me naked. I can't believe I told the whole football team he saw me naked. What's wrong with me. That's all I could think of. I kept cringing at myself.
"Well after you take the pill come down stairs, I need to talk to you." She said and slammed the door shut.
I threw the pill in the trash. I just didn't wanna take it, I know it would make me feel numb but right now I don't wanna feel that way, I already felt numb yesterday and you saw how that went. I walked over to the window to check if Dylan's car was there. It wasn't..great. I checked the time and it was 1pm. I slept that much? Damn.
My hair was a mess so I tied it up in a bun. I grabbed my phone and saw three new messages from Demilio. Fuck fuck fuck fuck. I know I texted him yesterday. I just forgot what I said. I opened my phone and went on the messages. My stomach started to turn.
Violet: Look im sry about today. My bad. im sorry you saw me you know naked..actually I'm not that sorry. I mean I wouldn't mind seeing you nakerggis but yea sry not sry u saw me like that ;) and sry about dylan and I'm just sry cuz what I told u the other day I didn't mean, i just need to find a way of getting you off my mind. Please help me get you off my mind. Dylan I love him. Demilio sorry Omg I just realized this is a large message lmao and I'm not drunk so don't worry but anyway bye dem dem and by the way you looked so hot today😰"
Did I really just call him Dem Dem?? And did I really just say I wanted to see him naked. Im literally unbelievable.
Demilio: what????
Demilio: Look I know your drunk and tomorrow you'll regain consciousness
Demilio: But yk what they say, drunk words are sober thoughts ;)
"Omfg." I whispered to myself. I closed my eyes for a second. I can't believe I said that. I mean I don't know if it's the truth. That that saying is probably not true..I hope. I honestly don't know what to say to him.
Violet: I was drunk and I totally didn't mean anything I said...when your drunk you don't think

I don't know why I said that. Maybe it's urgent. Maybe something happened to him. Who knows honestly. For all I know he could be dying..Then I went on my messages and saw a message from Dylan.
Dylan:Gm beautiful
I smiled at myself. But my smiled quickly disappeared when I thought about how Ima go see Demilio. I didn't say anything to him. It's not even that bad. We're just friends so there's nothing to worry about..
I put my phone down and put on a white simple dress and went downstairs. I don't know what my mom wanted to talk to me about but I'm just gonna go see what it is, probably just me being grounded. I went downstairs but my steps soon started to get slower as I saw my brother and my mom sitting in the kitchen table. Fuck. What do they want now. If they want me to break up with Dyaln then they whole other thing coming. Cause I could never do that.
"Um ok?" I said standing in front of them.
"Where were you yesterday?" Will said.
"I don't even have to tell you cause I already know mom told you, am I right?" I said.
"This is gonna be the last time your gonna see Dylan!" He yelled at me.
"You can't stop me from seeing him, what are you gonna do??huh??Are you gonna go tell him to break up with me??" I yelled back.
"I can't with her mom!" He yelled and slammed the front door as he left. My mom just looked down. I just stood there. My heart was beating fast. I ran upstairs and grabbed my phone and called Demilio.
"Are you almost here?" I said.
"Yeah? Like five minutes away..what's the hurry."
"I just..needa get outta here." I said.
"I'll be there.."
"Ok bye." I said ending the call. I just need a break from this house. I need a break from everything. I just hope Will doesn't do anything bad. I went down stairs and grabbed a granola bar.
"Where are you going?" My mom said getting up from the table.
"Uh no where what makes you think I'm going somewhere." I said trying not to be obvious.
"You just seem as if your in a hurry. I want your phone too Violet." She said teaching her hand out. Oh fuck.
"I left it at the school..I can't find it."
"Are you lying to me?"
And just when she said that my phone beeped. It was Demilio saying he was here. She looked at my phone. We both did.
"Uhh gotta go." I said running out the door.
"Violet come back here!!!" She yelled running after me.
"Drive!!!" I said as I got in Demilios Jeep. He looked confused but then saw my mom and quickly turned the engine on.
"Violet don't do this!!" She said as we drove off. I feel kinda bad but like..fuck it. Sometimes you gotta take risks in life...That's what I keep trying to convince myself
"What was that about?" He said as we left the street.
"She kinda didn't give me permission to go but I don't care. I'm old enough to make my own decisions."
"Are you sure about that?" He said.
"Yeah..100% sure actually." I said crossing my arms.
"If you say so."
"Why would you say that?"
"Violet you can barley decide who you wanna be with." He laughed. Wow he really went there.
"I did decide.."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Why do you keep saying that." I said looking out the window.
"Just, I just don't think you know what you want." He said looking over at me.
"What is that suppose to mean." I said looking at him.
"That means that maybe the person you wanna be with is right next to you, you just don't know it yet."
"Really? Are you talking about the door next to me."I said acting dumb. He rolled his eyes.
"Yup, I'm talking about the door." He laughed.
"So what did you want to talk about." I started to get more nervous when I said
"I wanted to talk to you about Dylan."
"Dylan?"I gulped.
"Look Violet." He said turning off the engine after parking in a drive way.
"Yesterday when he dropped you off he came back and told me to never talk to you again, obviously I said fuck no and so we got in a fight." He turned his face towards me and I saw that his eye was bruised.
"Did he do that?"
"I mean yeah but I got him back for it..anyways thats not the point. He looked like as if he was drinking a lot and I don't know Violet, I just don't want you to be with someone like that."
I didn't say anything. I didn't know what to say to that. Dylan was mad but maybe he didn't have to react like that...I don't know.
"If you give me one chance, just on chance I will show you what you've been missing." He said grabbing my hands.
"Just one chance..."
"I don't know Demilio."
"You seeee, your not sure what you want. Please just let me show you that I can be with you." He said opening the door.
"Here I wanna show you something." He said. I got out of the car confused.
"Follow me." He said. I didn't know if I should go. We were gonna enter the woods.
"Where are we going Demilio? Are you gonna kidnap me?" I said following him towards a trail.
"You will see."
We walked like a mile until we got to a huge lake. It was beautiful. The sun reflecting off the lake made it even prettier.

"Wow..." I said. He looked over at me and smiled.
"Come on get in." He said taking off his shirt.
"You said you wanted to see me naked didn't you?" He smirked. I tried to open my mouth to say something.
"I'm kidding." He laughed. He took off his shorts and all he had on was his briefs and let me just say...that ass. Then he went to the edge of the dec and jumped in splashing the water all over me.
"Demilio!!" I yelled laughing.
He rose up from the water putting his hair back.
"Are you gonna get in or what?" He said swimming around.
"I don't know...."
"C'mon!!!You said you know how to make your own decisions didn't you?" He teased.
"You know what just cause you said that..." I took off my dress and ran towards the dec letting out a loud scream before jumping.
The water felt so fresh. I really did need this. Especially with him. Just two friends swimming in a lake...
I rose up from the water finding myself facing Demilio. It made me kind of nervous.
"Why don't you look up at me." He said raising my chin. I looked up at his blue eyes, they were like oceans.
"I don't knowww." I said looking away. I decided to go swim farther.
"Just give me one reason you don't wanna be with me." He yelled over at me.
"I don't know..maybe cause I'm with Dylan?!!" I said swimming under the water trying to avoid anything he would say to me. I don't wanna think at the moment.
"Violet." He swam towards me.
"What."
He stood facing me, not saying a word.
"When you see me what do you feel." He finally said. I looked up at his eyes. I feel butterflies at the moment..but just cause I'm nervous....
"I feel...I don't know what I feel." Right when I said that he went in for a kiss. I couldn't really run. Or anything. I kinda just froze. Letting the moment happen.
"Now tell me what do you feel." He whispered.
"What do you want me to say. That I liked it. That I love you?" I said.
"I want you to tell me how you feel Violet, cause what I feel for you is something in a whole different level." He said looking down at my lips.
"And then when I saw you yesterday-"
"Shut up!" I laughed splashing water at him.
I tried swimming away but he grabbed my waist pulling me against him. My heart was beating 100 times per second. This is one of those moments you want to stop but then again you don't. You want it to keep going...you want to see where it goes..
"Demilio..."I whispered. He didn't respond.
"You do not wanna know what your doing to me right now Violet.." He whispered putting his lips against my ear. My breathing got heavier. So did his.
"If I kiss you right now Violet, what would you do?"
"I would..I would..." I couldn't finish my sentence. I was just staring at his lips. Then he let go of me and went under the water. I looked around. Then I saw his head rise up ten feet across me. He smirked at me.
"C'mon I'll race you." He said.
"Where?" I said swimming towards him.
"You see where that large tree is all the way over there." He said pointing at a tree that had a rope hanging from it.
"Your obviously gonna win." I said rolling my eyes.
"I'll give you a head start." He said.
"Ugh fine." I smiled and swimmed farther from him.
"Ok go." He said. What. I'd didnt even realize we started but I swam anyways. As always he won me.
"I told you." I said.
"Since you lost... you have to grab that rope and swing off of it into the lake." He said.
"Are you crazy!" I yelled over at him.
"Crazy in love.."
"Shut up." I rolled my eyes.
"C'mon Violet you have to do it......I'll do it with you."
"How?" I said swimming towards him to the to edge of the lake.
"Follow me." He said reaching out for my hand. He grabbed my hand and we got out walking towards the tree.
"If we die it's your fault!" I said.
"Just trust me."
We climbed a little bit of the tree until he reached over and grabbed the rope.
"I want you to get on my back." He continued.
"Uh-"
"Just do it Violet."
I got on his back and he held on to the rope. I cannot believe we're about to do this. This is by far the craziest thing I've done.
"Fuck it." He said and held on to the rope as we rose up to the sky. I screamed as loud as I could. This is the day I die. He then let go and I let go of him and we went crashing to the water. As I splashed into the water all my worries faded away. If I could do this. What couldn't I do. Well a lot things.....but still.
"Oh..my..god." I said rising up from the water catching my breathe. He tried catching his breath too and smiled at me.
"You see is wasn't that bad." He said.
"It wasn't bad at all!" I yelled out of joy.
"I love seeing you so happy." He said swimming towards me. I blushed.
"I'm always happy what do you mean?" I smiled.
"I mean yeah your right." He said. Or am I
"But today your happier." He said grabbing on to my waist. I'd didnt say anything.
"The things I would do if you only you were mine." He whispered in my ear.
"Like what?" I whispered in his ear.
"Your not mine though." He said lowering his hand from my waist a tiny bit.
"I would do so many things to you." He said against my ear which sent goosebumps through my body.
"So tell me right now, will you give me one more chance."
"It's not that simple." I replied.
"All you have to do is decide."
"You can't just make me choose so fast." I said looking down.
"I'm sorry, your right." He said raising my chin.
"Let's go walk around the forest." He said getting out.
It was hard not to look down. If you know what I mean. The worst part was that his briefs were white. I bit my lip trying to keep my eyes on him.
"C'mon." He said looking over at me, I quickly looked away. He smirked at me.
I got out of the water and felt more exposed then ever. Even though he already saw me naked. I had on a white bra and dark blue underwear. I grabbed my white summer dresses and slipped it on. He just put his shorts on but not his shirt. His muscles were gleaming from the sun
"What time is it?" I said.
"It's 2:00pm." He said checking his phone.
"Where are we gonna go?" I said following behind him.
"Well there's a hill and and you could see the view of the city from there, not a lot of people know of that place. It's where I go to hangout." He said.
"Will we get in trouble?" I said.
"No we won't Violet." He said laughing.
"The view is as beautiful as you." He continued.
"And then after I could drop you off if you want."
"Yeah. Thats sounds great." But in reality I wanted to stay longer. Im feeling something in my I haven't felt for him. I don't know what it is. Am I starting to fall for him?
"It's this way." He said.
