It's not always what it seems

Unexpected changes

Some years went by. Larota turned 18, Talena 14 and Amoly 12. Venus turned 16, was still alive and trained her hardest to be equal as the other ones.

For some years Maolier who turned 15 and Haguno joined the team. Hagunos mother was getting sick and couldn't take care for the two anymore.

Everything was like always. With one difference: Larota and Maolier didn't get along. It was so bad that they were not allowed to be alone.

This time they were in the dojo with Venus and trained. It seems like they could get along for some hours, but then Venus fell down to her knees and began to cough bad.

"Maolier, get Hopu, quick!" Larota rushed towards her and try to comfort her.

"No. When she not knew what she can take she need to take the consequences." Maolier crossed her arms.

"For the last time: She is sick and it's different every day. How is she suppose to know?" Larotas expression went dark, but she remind calm.

"She needs to know, because of her responsibilities as a leader." Maolier had her idea for the perfect leader and a sick one was not included.

"Don't worry, Lara. I just need a pause." Venus stood up before Larota could complain and went out of the dojo.

Larota followed her after she glared at Maolier. She wouldn't start a fight again. Not today.

They went to the living room where Talena bandaged Amoly again after she fell from a tree when she tried to catch the squirrel.

"Hey guys look! There are Ninjas in New York" Amoly was very exited when she saw the news on the channel where Venus used to watch Space Heroes.

"Wouldn't it funny if they would be turtles like us?" Venus sat next to her and playfully booped her nose.

"Statisticly is it near impossible, but that is the symbol of the Hamato Clan and that Clan was erased 16 years ago by the foot Clan." Talena explained, but couldn't remember where she saw the symbol before.

"As long as the foot Clan doesn't discover us we shouldn't care." Larota shrugged her shoulder and also sat down. "Vee when does Chung I come again?"

"My Sensei? I think next week when he didn't get lost in the woods again." Venus answered.

Chung I was an old friend of Furuji and when he came to visit after he visited the grave of his granddaughter like each years at the same day he found Venus again. Thinking she died at the rainy night he lost her years ago.

Venus still remembered not a lot about her life before she met the others, but she remembered him and refused to get to call by her old name. Only in China Chung I was allowed to say her dead name and her other sensei which he hostiled.

But the other sensei never came to Japan, because she didn't get along with Furuji and Furuji didn't allowed the other girls to come to China. So it came that Venus spend some months in China over the year and most of the time in Japan.

Larota just nodded. She hated it when Venus was gone, because it felt like she was alone again. Talena and Amoly had each other and Maolier had Haguno. The last two she didn't even want around and she got jealous about Olivier who spend sometimes time with Venus while travelling.

She even met him one time without his sensei and instantly didn't like him. It was clear that Venus developed a crush on him, but he didn't seemed to notice. But Olivier was clearly scared of the dark red bandana turtle and never came that close to the village ever again.

"I wish I could come with you. I miss you right now." Amoly hugged her tight after Talena was finished bandaging her. "But I still can't even if Sensei would have say yes."

"I will miss you all too, but I will come back." Venus smiled sad and hugged her back.

"Maybe one day when we are allowed to go on missions we can go to China." Talena tried to reason. She didn't believed it, but there was a chance. She also hugged Venus. A little bit carefully than Amoly.

"And we will. Don't worry. I want to met your other sensei one day too." Larota joined the group hug. Trying not to squeeze someone

"When the time is right everything turns out exactly the way it is supposed to be." Venus quoted from Chung I and they all laughed together.
