Lana's POV
"Lana!" Clark said after a few seconds. He came up and hugged me, and we stayed like that for minutes. "How did you get here? Where have you been?" he asked me still hugging me.
"I left after Oliver was gone and took a taxi home. Oliver had been keeping me at a hotel." he pulled away from me only to close the space between us again by kissing me.
"How did he keep you there?" he asked his voice mixing with rage and lust.
"He found out what my weakness is. It's red Kryptonite."
"At least it's something that we both have to avoid." he replied, the lust gone leaving only anger. "Let's just go to sleep. We'll talk about this in the morning."
We both got into the bed and I fell asleep in his arms.

Oliver's POV
We have just gotten back to the hotel so that I could clean up and change clothes. But then I realized that it was really quiet. And I knew that Lana was gone and that my plan was screwed.
"She's gone." I wasn't sure if I was saying this to Tess or myself.
"Was she even here?" Tess asked.
"Yes she was here, but now she's gone. I knew I shouldn't have left this room."
"I don't believe you."
"Then don't."
