Seaycee One Shots

Sean and Kaycee

They were at Kaycee's house choreographing a new routine when Sean heard a loud thump followed by a small groan. Worried, he looked around for Kaycee. Rounding the corner, he saw that Kaycee was clutching her shoulder, her face white. Rushing up to her, he asked 'What happened?'. 'I was doing a front aerial and I slipped on the mat. My shoulder took the impact.' She said gritting her teeth against the pain. 'Kaycee I'm going to lift your top okay?' She nodded wincing as she did so. He slowly lifted up her cropped hoodie, hissing in sympathy when he saw her shoulder. Her shoulder was beginning to bruise, that however wasn't the problem. Even with all the swelling, you could clearly see that one of her shoulders was out of place. When he had been silent for a minute, Kaycee knew it was bad. 'Sean?' she prompted . 'Your shoulder's dislocated Kaycee...' He replied. 'Can you pop it back in?' She asked. 'I don't know Kaycee. It's really bad.' he said unsurely. He had helped put her shoulder back before as she had done a few times for him as well. This however was a different matter entirely. Instead of a usual partial dislocation, her whole shoulder was out this time...
'Please? Sean for me?' she whispered. 'I'll try Kaycee. But if it doesn't work we're driving straight to the hospital.' He said.
Sean helped Kaycee remove her hoodie, moving her injured arm as gently as possible. He helped her lay down on the mat before moving her shoulder forward before moving it forward 90 degrees. He then moved it slightly backward and quickly pushed it upwards 120 degrees. Kaycee cried out as he did so. There was a loud click sound as her shoulder popped back in. Kaycee sighed in relief as majority of the pain was gone. 'Thanks Sean' she said smiling gratefully at him. She turned her head trying to see her shoulder. 'It's bruised pretty bad but it should heal in a few weeks or so.' Sean reassured her. '
'How about watching Friends for the rest of the day? I don't think we should do anymore practice today.' he suggested. Kaycee laughed as she agreed. Sean smiles mischievously before pulling her into his arms and careful not to hurt her shoulder, running back to the house ignoring her shrieks of protest

this one is slightly longer. it was inspired by my shoulder popping out a few days ago during dance. i kinda just imagined the same thing happening to the two of them so here it is. i hope you enjoy it! once again i don't own them or Friends.
