Marvel's Spider-Man Season 2 announcements

Character change... and Jessica Jones!

On the last update I revealed that a character named Tony Masters was going to play a big part in Spider-Man season 2, sadly that is no longer the case due to rumors that the character might end up in the Black Widow movie. As a result, taking Tony's place is Abner Jenkins.

Abner Jenkins will now be a person Peter Parker meets in Season 2, as he and the rest of the Marvel Knights fight to bring Luke Cage back to the light.

Joining this fight is... Jessica Jones. In Jessica Jones Season 3, Luke puts it in her hands to take him out if he goes too deep into darkness. Season 3 has left Jessica in an intetesting place after she was forced to send Trish Walker to the Raft, where Team Cap used to be imprisoned during the events of Civil War. With a revived Peter Parker working through his issues and a Jessica Jones dealing with her own crap, seeing the two working together again will be an interesting journey to write in Season 2. But first... I need to finish the last 5 episodes of Season 1!!!! Let's do this!
