Lilith ran a hand through Talia's hair attempting to get rid of the knots that had started to form, after the previous events the group of students had decided that it'd be better to return to their hotel. Now they were all gathered at the hotel's lobby.

"It's aliens it has to be," Ned said reading through his computer Betty standing next to him looking through her phone.

"Buzzfeed said that it was exposed to an experimental underwater generator and got hydro powers," Flash announced sounding almost excited.

"Ned you should definitely believe everything you read on the internet." MJ sarcastically replied to Ned's claim although it seemed more directed towards Flash.

"Spider-Man could take him," Flash added looking up to the tv and then back to his phone.

MJ and Lilith sat on the stairs quietly watching the news segment that was playing on the lobby's tv, Talia sat on the floor her back leaning into Lilith she too was busy on her phone checking more articles. Beck stood in a corner of the lobby whispering into his phone assuring their parents that they were and would be completely fine.

"Who is that guy?" Betty asked referring to the man who had saved their lives earlier.

"He's like Iron Man and Thor rolled into one," Brad admired not looking away from the tv

Flashed scoffed "He's alright. He's no Spider-Man."

"What is it with you and Spider-Man?" MJ questioned the boy slight annoyance laced in her voice.

"What? He's just awesome, okay? He protects the neighborhood, and you know he's inspiring. He inspires me to be a better man," He responded his gaze turning from MJ towards Peter who was now standing beside the stairs.

"Sup, dickwad?" He called out making Peter turn to him. "Thought you drowned." he finished winking at the boy.

Talia scoffed "That's golden, what is he twelve?" She said turning her head upwards to look at her sister, Lilith simply rolled her eyes and shrugged.

"Sounds like his name's Mysterio," Brad informed listening closely to the Italian news.

"L'uomo di Mistero, is Italian for The Man of Mystery," Lilith responded looking over at Brad. "They don't actually know who he is."

"Mysterio," Ned repeated never looking away from the screen. "Cool name." Both Betty and Ned added at the same time smiling at each other.

"So how much of that did you actually see," Peter asked the girls that sat next to him.

"Not much we were busy running," Lilith responded with a small smile.

"Right... Me too. I was also running... away" Peter added sounding nervous.

"So Paris tomorrow. Go to the Eiffel Tower, should be great," He said while bouncing on his heels.

"She's afraid of heights," Talia responded nonchalantly never looking away from her phone. Earning a simple Oh from Peter who looked disappointed.

Lilith looked up at the boy and smiled "I'm not she's just kidding." This earned her a smile back.

"You look like shit," Beck commented looking at his sister who had on sunglasses to hide the dark circles under her eyes.

"It's called jetlag Beck," Lilith responded rolling her eyes. Leaning against the wall of the hotel while they waited for the rest of the students.

"Good news! We're going to Prague," Mr. Harrington said as he stepped out of the hotel. A series of what's were heard from the students. "Yeah. Tour company called, they upgraded us. You should've heard me on the phone with them. I really gave them hell," He continued sounding proud of himself.

"All I heard was crying," Mr. Dell added with hands on his hips.

"Look at our upgrade and ride," Mr. Harrington pointed out towards the car the tour company had provided the students.

The students ascended the bus one by one excited about the upgrade they had been provided. Lilith was most excited about being able to sleep on the ride to Prague.

"Lili, wake up," Talia spoke softly tapping her sister's shoulder. Lilith opened her eyes confused as to why they had stopped.

"What's wrong," She asked rubbing her eyes.

"We're at a rest stop let's go use the bathroom," The redhead said already getting up from her seat. Lilith quietly stretched and followed the rest of the students out of the bus. Looking around at her surroundings Lili was marveled by the beauty of the alps. She resumed her way to the bathroom quickly following behind the girls.

"So then I told him that I had to do some summer work on European history and that this trip would guarantee me and A, and he totally bought it," Lilith heard Talia retelling as she entered the bathroom.

"He didn't talk to your history teacher?" Betty asked wide-eyed.

"Nah he just took my word for it. I'm a very convincing person when I have to be," Talia smiled. She was the only freshman that came on the trip some thought it was weird, but no one had the courage to ask Talia how she had managed to tag along.

Lilith washed her hands looking at her sister through the mirror she shook her head, "Well now you can add that you were about to die in Italy into your essay," Lili teased.

"Hey hand me my book will you?" Beck said from behind his sisters, flailing his hand around accidentally hitting Lilith in the face.

"Ow! Beck you asshole calm down," Lili slapped his hand away leaning down towards her bag where she kept her brother's book. The bus suddenly swerved to the side making some students fall out of their seats. Lilith reacted quickly grabbing Talia's arm saving the girl from slamming down into the aisle next to her.

"Peter get back in your seat, and buckle up right now!" Mr. Harrington said sounding on edge from the previous events.

Peter who now stood at the front of the bus randomly blurted out "Look at the baby mountain goats!" Making all of the student's run-up towards the right side of the bus in hopes to see what the boy had pointed out.

Lili looked over the crowd of students and then back to where Peter was stood noticing that the boy was now gone, suddenly landing back into view. She furrowed her eyebrows.

Mr. Harrington disappointedly looked back at the boy "There aren't any mountain goats."

"You missed them," Peter spoke out of breath his hair a mess.

"I know you think none of us have noticed Peter," Betty started "But your new look. I love it. Right babe?" She asked turning to Ned.

"Yeah it's very classy and very European," Ned added.

Lilith was still trying to piece together what she had just seen Peter do when Brad approached her, kneeling down beside Talia.

"Hey, Lilith can I show you something?" He asked with his phone in hand.

"Um sure," Lilith responded leaning over her sister to see what the boy was trying to show her. He seemed to be struggling to find whatever it was that he meant to show her.

"Uh. This is so weird," He said scrolling through his gallery. "It was right here on my phone I-I," Brad stuttered feeling rather embarrassed.

Lilith looked up raising an eyebrow at Peter who was looking over at the pair, "Yeah. Weird."

author's note
So that ending with Lili being skeptical I feel like it leads to a good place for the next chapter and i'm super excited about it!
