Z.H » movie night

"You got the snacks?" Zane asked. I nodded and he smiled. "Get the blankets!" I said. He hurried off and got some and then I set everything down on the coffee table in front of the couch. He came back with blankets and sat down beside me. "Ok, ready?" He asked. I nodded and then he turned on a movie. I laid my head on his shoulder and we watched the movie.

I ate some of the snacks and Zane did as well. Since we were watching a scary movie I was tense, I absolutely hated scary movies but Zane really wanted to watch it so I had to be brave. "Run, bitch, ruuuuuun!" I said yelling at the TV (if anyone gets that reference I respect you). Zane covered my mouth and shook his head at me. "Y/n! Language!" He said. I nodded and then he moved his hand and we continued to watch the movie.

I held onto Zane tighter as each jump scare happened. "I'm right here baby, nobody's gonna hurt you." He told me. "I'm still scared..." I mumbled. "It's just a movie." He said stroking my hair. I shook my head and covered my face with the blanket. "You're kissing the best part!" He told me. "No I'm not, there are no best parts to scary movies." I said. "Well to me there is, come on y/n just look." He said. I peeped a look from the blanket and watched.

Towards the end of the movie I started to get sleepy. I yawned and laid my head on Zane's lap. He moved some hair away from my face and wrapped the blanket around me. He sat me up and laid me on a pillow and laid beside me. He wrapped his arms around me and gave me a kiss on my head and turned off the TV. "Goodnight Zane, I love you." I said. "Goodnight baby, I love you too." He said. I fell fast asleep with a smile on my face.
