Chapter 4-Tohru

I woke up early in the morning with some tears in my eyes.
"I-What-Where am-Oh..." I realized that I was at Sohma-kun's house. And then I realized again that I had to dig up my mother's picture. I quickly opened the shoji door to see Sohma-kun holding a brown bag walking towards me. "Good Morning Honda-san."
"G-G-G-Good Morning Sohma-kun!" I nearly shouted.
"Here you go." He handed me my mother's picture.
"W-What!? You dug up that pile all by yourself!?" He smiled.
"Of course not!"
"...then how..."
"Secret." He said putting a finger to his lips. We suddenly heard some light footsteps walking towards us. We turned to see a sleepy Yumena wearing a rather revealing outfit.
"Yumena!!! What are you wearing!?"
"W-What?" Yumena's eyes widened revealing her beautiful blue orbs.
"P-please wear something more!!!" Sohma-kun was blushing hard while looking at Yumena at the same time.
"O-oh...sorry..."
"It's ok. Just be careful from next time?"
"Yup!"
"Where did you sleep last night? I don't see any blankets..?"
"Oh! I slept with Sohma-kun!"
"...o-o-oh..." Yumena had a look of question on her face.
"Did I do anything wrong? I'll fix it from next time if you tell me!"
"N-no...It's ok!"
"Um...so...follow me?" Sohma-kun awkwardly interrupted.
"Where?" I replied eying him.
"We have a room for you."
"What! We can't possibly!"
"There's a lock?"
"No! I don't mean that! We can't be a nuisance to you!" I quickly declined.
"Oh. It's ok Honda-san. I don't think of you as a nuisance at all! Please rely on us too..."
"T-thank you...i-"
"If so, please tell us rules of this household!" Sohma-kun looked surprised.
"Just be yourselves." He smiled. A faint image of my mother came to my mind.
"Oh, mother used to tell me that.." Yumena said her eyes looking far away.
"Was it bad..?" Sohma-kun asked quietly.
"No. Not at all. You reminded me of something important I forgot about..." Yumena replied smiling.
"That's good to know." Sohma-kun gave her a soft smile. A smile I saw for the first time. He then led the way towards our new room.
"Here it is!" he proudly presented. "But it smells bad...what should I do...oh! Maybe I ca-"
"Maybe open the window?" Shigure-san said.
"Wah!" Yumena jumped surprised at the sudden presence.
"Oh sorry. Did I scare you young lady?" Shigure-san smirked seeing Yumena's outfit.
"Y-yes...only a little though.." I swiftly stood in front of Yumena hiding her from Shigure-san's view.
"Good morning! Did you sleep well?" I said cheerfully.
"Yes. I did." Shigure-san said smiling to me but clearly down that he couldn't see Yumena anymore.
Suddenly, there was a loud crash, debris of the roof and ceiling falling into the room.
"Been waiting for me? Rat?" A handsome Orange haired boy said.
"Why is the stupid cat here?" Sohma-kun replied.
"Um..what's going on?" Yumena quietly asked Shigure-san.
"Oh! So these two are-"
"They're best friends!" I quickly said to Yumena not knowing if that was their relationship. All I knew was that I didn't want Shigure-san hugging Yumena close to him to talk to her.
"NO WE ARE NOT!!!" The two boys replied suddenly.
"oh..."
"The perfect word to describe them would be 'rivals' I suppose." Shigure-san said crossing his arms.
"I see. No wonder they're fighting." I replied. "But! You can't be fighting!!! It's not good!" I said hugging onto the orange haired boy to keep him from punching Sohma-kun.
POOF!
Suddenly, a bright orange smoke erupted from the boy and I fell to the floor with a cat in my arms.
"W-w-what!? Maybe he hit somewhere because of me! What do I do? Which doctor should I take him to? Oh no!"
"C-calm down Tohru-kun..." Next, a piece of wood fell on my head. It seems like disasters cause disasters... I then fell onto Shigure-san and Sohma-kun.
POOF!!
Colorful smoke erupted once again and a mouse and dog replaced the two males. Now I got worried about Yumena so I looked her way to see her staring at the animals with wide eyes and mouth open. She seemed to not be able to accept this at all. We stayed in the room motionless with three animals until the doorbell rang.
