On the first day of school, I didn't know every student I'm gonna be faced with, there are couples, heartbroken, loners, gangsters, smarty-pants but the guy that caught my eye is different, he's gentle, handsome and cute but that's just the prediction what if he's a jerk, traitor or a fake bitch we don't know what's gonna come in my way so let's give it a shot.
I sat beside him while he talks to his friends, he looked at me and I look away, like who would dare to look at someone eye to eye right? and then he touched me, I got shocked and slapped him by accident, several students looked at me.
It was so embarrassing, I apologized to him but he didn't even care, I kept thinking of him as I walk my way towards home what if he hates me now? what if he treats me badly?
Ah! Gosh, I'm thinking pessimistic thoughts again, As I got home, my mom asked me to have dinner, I was in a bad mood that day so I said "no" gosh slapping that guy made me avoid having dinner, Ugh!!! Fried Chicken is my favorite, as soon as I reached my bedroom I lay down.
*1 hour later*
Ugh why can't I sleep, I woke up and checked the clock shockingly it's already 3 am What!!! I barely slept this night! I put my face into the pillow and forced myself to sleep.
*4 hours later*
Mom shouts "Lizzie wake up already, gosh don't say that you don't want to eat breakfast after saying no to dinner."
Me with a forceful face "Yes mom!"
I reached school and as soon as I arrived at my desk, I yawned and started sleeping again, the first period arrived as soon as the teacher arrived everybody stood and greeted the teacher yet one person, me, the teacher was annoyed by the way I acted on the first day.
He stood at my desk and greeted me sarcastically "Good morning Snow White or should I call you Sleeping Beauty."
I woke up and was still sleepy, I am sleepy and didn't get to sleep last night I opened my eyes and said "Let me sleep will yah!" and get back to sleeping business, the teacher was in huge anger and sent me straight to detention.
There I see no other student but me and another girl. I was sitting there for an hour already I felt bored and wanted to talk to someone, I had no choice but to have a conversation with her because this boredom is killing me! I said "Hi" wishing she would talk to me because it would be embarrassing.
She answered, "Hello the name is Lesley."
After that I was curious why she was sent to detention, her face looks innocent that she wouldn't do anything wrong in this school.
I asked her "why were you sent here by the way?" out of interest.
She told me with a huge courageous smile on her face "Yeah nothing big, just kissed my boyfriend in the hallway, too bad principal spotted me."
