**a week or two has passed**

Peter wakes up to see sunlight streaming through his blinds. He lays there for a good 10 minutes. He looks at the time.
9:00am

I'm late for school ?...

Peter stares groggily at the time.

Then he remembers it's a Saturday.

He gets up to go to the restroom.

He takes a shower.

He goes to the kitchen, and stares at the food in the cabinets, but doesn't eat anything.

He goes back to his room and sits on his bed.
He sits there, not caring how much time passed.
But out of the corner of his eye he sees a glimpse of red.

His Spider-Man mask.

Peter slowly walks over and picks up the mask.
He hasn't gone out since May died.
What was the point?

With great power comes great responsibility.

Peters eyes tear up at the memory of his aunt and uncle.

God, they would be so disappointed in what I've become.

Peters thoughts run wild.

Peter finally decided.
He's gonna go out as Spider-Man again.

**time skip my dudesss**

Peter swing from building to building.
For the first time since May died, he had a real smile on his face.
He felt invincible, and free.
He already stopped 3 muggings, 1 store robbery, and helped a nice lady cross the street.

He decided to take a break, and sit on his favorite rooftop. Where he could see the entire city.

He sat there for 5 minutes before he heard a whirring noise.

He turned around to see the one and only Iron Man.

Tony's mask flew up.

"Hey kid, I just saw you up here and wanted to pop in and say hi"

No he didn't. He just feels bad because of how much a screw up you are.

"O-oh you didn't have to do that Mr. Stark."

"But kid I wanted to"

No he didn't.

Tony flashed him a smile.
"Anyways kid, I was just wondering if you wanted to pop in and have dinner with us at the tower."

"Wait dinner? What time is it?"

"Kid it's already 6:47pm"

I completely lost track of time

"Anyways kid, you should definitely pop in, but don't forget to ask your Aunt before, I don't want to get in trouble."
Tony chuckled.

Peters heart clenched in pain.

"Y-yeah of c-course Mr. Stark, I'll be there in like 10 minutes. I j-just have to change."
