It felt like a wind throwing him everywhere, the world around him fading to purple and black before it reappeared again, the asshole Shigaraki now standing again. yet clealry shaken by Bakugou's last attack. But what the fuck could he do now?

The rush of reappearing felt like a pound to the head as Bakugou landed in front of Tomura, shaking slightly yet he didn't want the enemy to see that he was reaching his limit. Jesus Christ, they had been finding for what felt like forever so it was impossible to know if he could even keep going.

Yet the footsteps he heard echo closer from the corridor made him want to try harder. Shinsou must be fast approaching and, if on the off chance, he had the antidote for all of this mess and therefore Bakugou couldn't let this wrinkly bitch get to him.

So, as red eyes looked towards the door in unguarded anticipation, he moved as fast as his muscles, strained and aching from the constant firing of explosions and movement, could carry him. The crack echoed around the room as the door opened, Katsuki seeing the fluff of purple hair from the corner of his eye as Shigaraki went limp in his grasp.

He had done it, he had knocked out the villain and now they had a chan-

Shinsou couldn't even let out a scream as he watched the events go down, his face a plaster of fear and nausea as the door clicked behind him. At first, things looked good. The hand guy was unconscious at Bakugou's feet and the blonde looked to be in an okay condition.

However, then, a knife flew through the air, followed by three more. One by one, followed by a grunt and jagged movement from Bakugou, landed in the boy's back, creating a diamond shape as crimson began to flood his shirt. Katsuki fell to the floor with a thud and a noise like wind rang through the room.

Whoever threw those knives was gone as Shinsou finally stepped into the blinding light of the room, his body moving with no thought present as he shakingly picked up Bakugou.

Why? Why was he picking up Bakugou?

His hands became coated with a crimson rust as he rushed to the door, nothing but a numb pain in his head and the weight of both bottle and Katsuki grounding him to the entire situation as a sharp current of cold air whipped across his face, indicating that he had finally left the building that stank of pained memories.

After that, Shinsou can't recall what he did. It was a blur of grief and underlying responsibility.

The world was only just reconstructing after what nearly became the end of Japan completely, the antidote found having served in slowly but surely bringing an end to the disaster. Those infected sadly were long gone, as the infection was shown to kill the brain before reanimating the body.

Survivors ranged across the age groups and genders, thanks to the pro heroes and heroes in training that risked or even sacrificed their life to protect the citizens of the community. Causalities included multiple pro heroes and heroes in training alongside general public, such as the Pro Hero Midnight and UA Student Kyoka Jirou.

However, the most well known group of citizens during the epidemic are that of the UA students, Denki Kaminari, Hitoshi Shinsou and Katsuki Bakugou, who were all noted to be the ones responsible for fighting the perpetrators and bringing the antidote to light. While Bakugou is still in a coma after considerant blood loss and injuries, and Kaminari was reported to have died during the fighting, our information stems from the General Studies student of UA Class 1-C, Hitoshi Shinsou.

A funeral service is being held today to commend and remember the heroes that fought bravely to protect their city, with family and friends allowed priority before the general public and any thanks are being allowed to be given to those fallen.

The rain was gentle on the stone as Shinsou found himself leaving a flower at each of the 4 graves. They were red, for Bakugou, as he was still lied up in hospital, but as he laid them down, he could feel the pain of losing his entire group. His "squad".

Aizawa and Present Mic were both off, with Mic at Midnight's grave, resisting the urge to cry as he seemed to be placing a whip and a bottle of perfume on the soaked grass, as a unusually formal Aizawa talked with some skeleton type guy nearby.

So Shinsou turned his attention back to the stone in front of him as he finished placing the red roses and gently handled the purple and yellow bouquet he had brought with him, walking quietly to the grave right at the front of the collection of fallen heroes, having to choke back his tears as he laid the flowers on the watered grass, joining multiple like it that he can only guess were from the remaining 1A students.

As the rain mixed with the water running tracks down his pale skin, all Shinsou could manage to choke out laid on deaf ears.

"I'm sorry, Denki..."

And he was. Yet, so was everyone else for underestimating the power of the friendship group of Katsuki Bakugou. The teens that all of their class often joked about and with, becoming the driving force for the end of the tradegy.

The rain was gentle.
