I think this boi would be the best at fire works, sparklers, fire crackers, and all that kind of stuff because it reminds him that there is a different side to flames and fire than just destruction but there is a beauty in it as well. (sorry ik it sounds cheesy) But to also be a public nuisance in areas where he could find people he doesn't like.
Also I consider him to be Endeavors lost child Touya/Toya.
So yes in my mind he did firework stuff to annoy and rebel against his father when he couldn't escape from him and now that I type that he probably tried smoking cigarettes too but couldn't because of the weakness his mother's quirk gave him.
