This is what I think the My Hero Universe would do for a "play" of Hamilton.
(Aizawa) Narrator: 1776, New York City.
Izuku: Pardon me, are you Aaron Burr, Sir?
Bakugo: That depends. Who's asking?
Izuku: Oh well sure, sir.
I'm Alexander Hamilton, I'm at your service, sir I have been looking for you!
Bakugo: I'm getting nervous.
Izuku: Sir! I heard your name at Princeton.
I was seeking an an accelerated course of study
When I got sort of out of sorts with a buddy of yours.
I may have punched him it's a blur, sir.
He handles the financials?
Bakugo: You punched the Bursar.
Izuku: ...Yes! I wanted to do what you did,
Graduate in two, then join the revolution.
He looked at me like I was stupid -I'm not stupid.

Bakugo: ...It was my parents dying wish before they passed.

Also wanted to add this in.
The whole reason the play started was because Hizashi/Mic wanted to do it and didn't shut up about it.
If it was a play then the villains would have gotten in and tried to ruin it but accidentally end up as some of the characters (I'm sorry if it's really far fetched but All for One could have definitely used his quirk/quirks to make them look like the others). Then after the show the villains would escape because there were actually too many people to deal with.
The other students that don't attend U.A. are there because the schools decided to do one big play so yes everyone is there even if they are background characters, tec managers, designers for the props and outfits, and all the rest for the play.
And the reason why Eri and Kota are there is because they wanted to see the play then they were asked if they wanted to be in the play as the child versions of Theodosia and Philip (in that universe) so don't worry they were only there for the "Dear Theodosia" part and before the play was over they were then both taken to go get ice cream and hang out with each other then after the play was finished they hung out with the the U.A. group to all celebrate the performance and have a nice time out at a restaurant.
Also there were students that played as the older versions of Theodosia and Philip so they were good on that.
To also make it more clear this was a different Hamilton universe that would look different so yes I'm being cheap and saying that the character looked different so I could incorporate some character into the story.
The people that are pro heroes were there either because the school got them to or they wanted to and agreed to it. They were also there for the safety of the students as a 'just in case'.
And yes it took forever to get Bakugo to agree to be on stage with Izuku and cooperate with him.
