Trying to make this chapter(s) a bit longer for y'all I'm definitely closing the rising action. This chapter is a quarter way through the rising action just letting y'all know. Uwu please enjoy gonna make the paragraphs longer as well.

          On the way too work, everything felt different than before.
The sun was just rising, the bird were chirping and second of all, you were definitely, falling in love. 

You let out a stressful sigh, life at the moment, was just, finally, getting better.

Everything before, was well, pretty boring. It was the same cycle over and over again. Wake up, eat, get dressed, work, and sleep. You were always the type of person everybody ignored. All you wanted was to stand out in the crowd, and maybe become, popular. But that never came too you at all. Thinking about the past was one thing you tried not to think about, it kinda made you upset, or like if you were carrying a extremely, heavy, burden on your shoulder. Most people would ask you if you were alright, you appreciated that people actually cared enough, to say that.

The loud beep from a angry car, was enough to wake you up from daydreaming. Noticing you, walked the wrong way to work, was troublesome. You'd definitely be late. How lovely, staring off today just great, Y/N...

You couldn't help but stare directly down a empty, dark, and littered alleyway.

There was garbage everywhere. Boxes full of broken glass, bottles and old magazines. Newspaper scattered everywhere. It was someplace, people didn't want too be.

''Y/N....'' a voice whispered into the distance.

You jumped. Dropping your purse, and picking it back up, you glared down the alleyway, waiting, and watching, for this potential human to make their appearance.

Your dilly-dallying was a problem in your life, you often stared at things or walked into poles while daydreaming.  It was one of your habits you had attempted to get rid of in the past, it just won't budge.

Grabbing your phone out of your purse and taking a peak at the time,

It read: 8:40.

Well, crap! You're definitely gonna be in real, trouble if you don't get your shit together!

Running down the sidewalk, bumping into people, not having a care in the world to apologise, like you often spoke under your breath.

Out of breath, you finally reached your location. Opening the door to the small maid cafe. You waved to the other waitresses. They gave you the same hand gestures, all their expressions were either, worried or annoyed, some of them just didn't like you at all for some odd reason. Hearing yelling from the back rooms of the cafe, you were obviously gonna be yelled at a lot today. The loud sharp voice in the back room signaled that today your manager, WAS not having it, AT ALL.

Walking towards the changing room, you couldn't help but overhear yelling.

You tried to listen, but everything you heard, was mostly muffled.

Pushing the door open to the changing room, putting your maid outfit on, you heard gossiping in the background, the one thing you really, really, hated in Highschool, especially in Middle School.

''Did you hear about this girl who's hanging out with the pro hero, Hawks?''

''Yeah, I saw it, she doesn't even seem worthy of the 2. Pro Hero.''

Anger started to boil up in your chest, attempting to calm yourself down, the gossiping continued. Rushing as fast as you could out of the changing room. You were met with the angry eyes of your manager.

''H-Hey...?''

''You have some explaining to do, Miss Y/N...''

Following your manager into the back room. Gently closing the door behind, your angry manager erupted:

''Y/N! I SWEAR TO GOD, IF YOU ARE LATE AGAIN, I WILL HAVE TO FIRE YOU! THIS IS YET, ANOTHER WARNING FROM ME, I WILL NOT LET YOU OFF OF THE HOOK AGAIN! I'VE ALREADY FIRED PLENTY TODAY!!''

You were are bit startled at first, but then the words started to sink in.

''Y-Yes Sir! I apologise for being so late today, I wont let you down again.'' you responded

Opening the door and walking straight out, you were met with golden ones.

''H-Hawks! Why are you here!'' you whisper-yelled.

''Of course i wanted to see you.''

''Don't you have work?!''

''Yeah, but, I didn't get to say goodbye to my baby bird..'' Hawks said giving you a fake pouty face.

Baby-Bird...
where did that come from..?

''Look, I'm sorry Hawks, but I'm just getting ready too work.'' you said gently tightening the bow in the back.

''I didn't get to give you my goodbye kiss either..'' he whined

You didn't want to hurt him, people were starting to stare, and you were getting uncomfortable with all this sudden attention.

''Haw-''

You were cut off by a pair of hands grabbing your face and smashing their soft lips onto yours. The door to the changing room creaked as it opened. It revealed the same 3 girls that were gossiping.

You quickly pulled away from the kiss. Not wanting any drama, in-between these strangers and you, was now, going to be impossible.

Glares were shot at you from across the room,

They.

Were.

Fuming.

Hawks looked at you in confusion for a moment, quickly realizing the situation. He shot glares at the 3, while opening the door to leave, they immediately backed off, almost embarrassed that they had committed those actions.

You couldn't help but feel like Hawks was definitely the one, he was kind, and pretty trustworthy, you don't often judge looks, but god, he was handsome.

You grabbed a pen, and a pad of paper. Walking over to a customer, the glares were shot at your back.

*Time skip to after your shift around 5-6 PM*

Just now waking out of the maid cafe, the sun was saying it's goodbyes, and the moon just arising. Strutting down the almost, orange sidewalk, small whispering was heard into the distance.

You stopped only for a second, taking a step, now realizing this was the same alleyway from this morning, what exactly was in here, besides trash. Taking a couple more steps into the darkness, now completely into the alleyway, the shadows covering you, the faint whispering was starting to come out of nowhere.

Suddenly a creature shot out from the darkness and crashed into your frail body.
